Chapter 8

Matts pov:
I plan on looking at rings today for Sylvie . I called Stella and she is meeting me at the jewelry store. Once we get there we start looking at rings. Stella and i find 2 rings. I end up picking the 1st ring. I get the ring than we leave the store. I planned on waiting till we find out the gender but I decided on doing it sooner. I pick up lunch for me and Sylvie than i head back to the loft.

Sylvies pov:
Matt gets back with lunch. I give him a kiss than we eat. After we eat i do some laundry.

1 week later...

Matts pov:
I plan on proposing to Sylvie today. I plan on taking her to nice lunch than going to the park trails thing and doing it there. I want it to be private. Sylvie and i finish getting ready and than we head to lunch. We have lunch than we head to the park. We walk around. After we walk around for 15 minutes I decide its time to propose. I say "sylv". She says "yeah babe". I say "i love you". She says "i love you too".
I stop walking and stand in front of her and grab her hands. I say  "i love you and the babies  so so much". She says  "yeah". I get on my knee and sylvie gasp and put her hand to her mouth. I say  "Sylvie you are the most beautiful amazing person i have ever met you walk into the room and put the biggest smile on my face you make the room light up in any room you walk in you have been there for me when i was at my worst you make my worst days better you have helped me thru so much I'm completely in love with you your the love of my life and i don't want to go another day without yo will you marry me?". "Yes matt casey i will matt i will".  I get up and give her a kiss.

Sylvie pov:
Me and matt kiss than he puts the ring on my finger while i wipe my tears. I give him another kiss and say "i love you so much i can't wait to marry you". He says "i love you too". I say "i love the way Sylvie brett casey sounds". " i do too". Matt says. We head back to the apartment . Once we get into the apartment we start making out than we head to the bedroom. Matt takes off my shirt and i take off his belt than we make love. 45 minutes we are cuddling and talking i lay up from off matts chest and say "i love you". And give him a kiss and a smile. I get up and slip on one of matts t-shirts than i head to the bathroom.

Matts pov:
I head to the kitchen to get a water. Sylvie walks into the kitchen. I say " future brett casey". Sylvie looks at me and say "yes". I say " i just like the sound of that". She says "me to" than comes over and gives me a kiss. She says "lets go lay on the couch". I say "okay".
We lay on the couch and cuddle and talk. I ask "when do you want to tell everyone we are engaged". She says " lets do it next shift". I say "okay". We just relax at home for a couple hours. I head to the store to get a couple things for dinner. Its 6pm so I decide to make dinner. We eat dinner and than chill at home for the rest of the night. Its 9:30 pm so Sylvie and i take a shower.

Sylvies pov:
After matt and i get out of the shower i throw on one of matts oversized t-shirts that i like wearing to bed because they are comfortable and plus it smells like him. We lay in bed for a little while. As i am reading my book i look over and see matt is passed out so i close my book and turn off my bedside lamp. I give him a kiss and lay down and wrap my arm around him. I think about how excited i am to be marrying him and starting a family with him than i fall asleep.

Matts pov:
I wake up a little early and Sylvie is still asleep so i get up use the bathroom and brush my teeth. I make a cup of coffee and sit in the kitchen i start making breakfast. Sylvie comes out with her hair in a bun and wearing my shirt still. I give her a kiss and smile and say "good morning gorgeous". She smiles and says "good morning".  "Breakfast will be done soon if your hungry". She says "okay". I finish cooking and than we eat. I ask if she wants to go watch something on the couch she says " i have another idea". And than grabs my hand and takes me to the bedroom. We start making out i say "i like this idea". She says "me to".  than she takes off my clothes and we make love. 25 minutes later we are laying in bed together. Sylvie gets up and says she is going to get ready. So i get up and get dressed and put on some deodorant and put on the cologne Sylvie really likes me wearing. Than i head to the kitchen to clean up a little bit.

Sylvies pov:
After i am done getting ready i head to the kitchen were matt is cleaning up he ask "do you want to do anything today". I say "just chill at home with you if that's okay". He says "yup that's totally fine. I head to living room and turn on house hunters. Matt walks in shortly after with a cup of coffee and sits down next to me and outs his arm around me. We chill for the rest of the day at home at 9:30 pm we go to bed because we have shift in the morning.
