Chapter 10.

Sylvies pov:
Natalie comes back and says that the test came back good and said to just take it easy and if i feel any pain to come back. She discharges us. Violet stayed at med so we got a ride back to 51 with her. We got back and everyone was sitting in the common room. I say "everything is okay the test came back good. Everyone sighed in relief. I seen chief talking to matt.

Matts pov:
Once we get back to 51 Sylvie tells everyone that everything is good. As I'm trying to pull myself back together chief comes and talks to me. Chief says "everything okay". I look at Sylvie and smile i say "everything is good". He says "if you want to take rest of shift off you can". I say "thanks chief i will ask Sylvie if she wants to". He says "okay". And gives me a pat on the back. I go and find Sylvie and say chief said i could take rest of shift off if you want to go home". She says "umm yeah okay a good nights rest if are own bed couldn't hurt". I smiled and said "okay". Sylvie smiles and says "let me say bye to stella and violet than we can go". I say "okay i will grab are stuff meet me at the apparatus floor". She says "okay". I grab are things and head to the apparatus floor.

Sylvies pov:
Matt says that chief said he could take rest of shift off so i say okay. He grabs are things as i say goodbye to Stella and violet. I meet Matt at the apparatus floor. I wrap my arm around his and put my head on his shoulder as we walk to the truck. Once we get to the truck i stay silent. Matt starts driving driving and with his other hand he rubs my leg. He looks at me and ask "you okay?". I say "I thought we lost them". While i rub the tear off my face. He says "i know but we didn't". I say "i know". The rest of the car ride home is silent. We get to the loft and Matt Gets are bags and we head to the loft. I open the door and turn on a small light. I go to the bedroom and change into one of matts shirts. Once I'm finished i see Matt laying down he pats my side of the bed and says "come here my love". I go lay down next to him.

Matts pov:
Sylvie lays down next to me and puts her head on me and i wrap my arm and her and rub her back. I say "everything is okay". She says "yeah but it almost wasn't". I say "but it is i know you will keep thinking about how you could have miscarried but you didn't you and the babies are perfectly healthy i love you so much sylv". She says "i love you too". We drift off to sleep 10 minutes later.

Next morning...

Matts pov:
I wake up at 8 am to see Sylvie is still asleep still cuddling me. I decide not to move so she can sleep. 30 minutes later she wakes up. I look at her and say "good morning Beautiful". She looks at me and says "good morning babe". We lay in bed for 10 minutes until i have to get up and use the bathroom.

Sylvies pov:
While matt gets up to use the bathroom i stay in bed still shaken up about last night. Matt comes out of the bathroom and ask if i want breakfast i say "I'm not really hungry". He says "it will be good for the babies if you ate something ". I say "yeah okay i will eat something light". Matt makes me a light breakfast that I manage to eat. He ask when i want to start looking at houses knowing that will lighten my mood. I say "well soon". He says "yeah what type of house do you want". I say "well a 4 bedroom and 2 bath would probably be ideal. He says "yeah". I say yeah. I finish my breakfast and grab my i pad. I sit on the couch with a blanket and start looking on line for houses. Matt comes and sits next to me 10 minutes later and ask what I'm doing i show him my screen and he says "oh". And chuckles he wraps his arm around me and we sit on the couch for 30 minutes. I say "look at this place". He says "yeah i like the bedrooms and flooring". I say "its not to far from here". He says "yeah?". I say "yeah they left a number should i call". Matt says "sure". I call. A man answers the phone. I ask him about the house. He says a couple just moved out of it you can come and look at it if you want". I say "okay". We set up a meeting for 3 days away when we are not on shift. Me and matt chill around the house for a little till he asked if i wanted to do something. I say "sure".

Matts pov:
I ask Sylvie if she wanted to do something she says yeah. We decide to go and just drive around and walk around the park that she likes since the doctor said take it easy. We get ready and leave. We drive around for a little awhile just talking and chilling we end up walking around the park just for a little bit. The rest of the day is pretty chill we end up going to stella and Kelly's for dinner. We hangout there and we leave at 10 pm we get home shower and chill for a little while until we fall asleep.
