Is anyone even reading this?

Y/n woke feeling somewhat happy, she felt a warm fuzzy feeling spreading across her as she recalled where she was and how she got here. Remembering the man who was sleeping next to her she rolled over in an attempt to take him in her arms but was greeted by just the bedsheets. Where was Diluc?

She opened her eyes and stretched, the room was deserted, just her clothes lay sprawled out on the floor. She figured he had just gone to sort out this wine deal, so she got up and headed to take a shower to help wake herself up.

When she came back into the room, she noticed a letter lying on the bedside, that hadnt been there last night. At least she didnt think it was.

She read the letter aloud to herself. "Y/N. Last night was a mistake, I should never have let this happen, heres 3000 mora to help you get back, however it is no longer suitable for you to stay at the winery."

Her heart dropped. The clutched the letter in her hands hard. Letting a tear fall down her cheek, bringing her knees to her chest. She felt disgusting, like she had just been used for her body then abandoned. Which was pretty much exactly what had happened.

Who does that? who has sex with someone and then leaves without saying a word. Why would he do this to her? She thought.

She wanted the ocean god to swallow her hole, but that wasnt going to happen. Maybe she should stay in Liyue, that would be better than having to face Diluc again, and the city was nice. But she couldn't to let that man ruin her life anymore, besides what about her friends, her job? Why should she have to lose everything not him? She replayed it over and over again in her mind, Starting from the moment she met him when he was cleaning her wounds in that cabinet

Anger ran through her veins, and she threw the letter across the room, rushing her clothes on and running out the door. Her body fuelled with adrenalin, she didnt know where she was going, she just didnt want to stay in that room any longer. Not when all she could smell was his scent.

Composing herself as she walked down the street trying to not like she had lost her mind; she did get a few worried stares from passers by but just ignored them and brushed the tears off her face. Passing by the gatehouse, she saw that the cart she travelled here in was still there. Meaning Diluc was still in the city. Either way she didnt want to wait around and see him so she hurried over the bridge and headed off into the Liyua ruins.

After what felt like hours of walking, Y/n came across a fork in the road, this was the part where she had fallen asleep on him and had absolutely no idea where she came from. Was it a left at the Wangshu Inn or a right? She wasnt sure. He memory was somewhat a muddle.

After much deliberation and asking a local who seemed to have no idea what she was talking about, she decided to make a right turn, but regretted it once she came across a bridge which seemed to have fallen to pieces. Now that wasnt right. They couldnt possibly have come over here on a cart. Perhaps the bridge had broken in the night?

Reluctantly, she climbed her way across, noticing how cold the air had become around her, she began to shiver. This wasnt usual weather for Mondstadt, and suddenly it clicked. She was in dragonspine and the further she went in the colder it became.

Dragonspine was near Mondstad she knew there was a way through somehow, and she dint feel like climbing over that bridge again, what could go wrong?
