The following morning Jisoo woke up feeling drained. She didn't sleep very well and when she eventually fell asleep her dreams haunted her, she couldn't get Jungkook out of her head. She searched for her cell phone to check the time and was surprised to see it was 9am already. She fell back onto her pillow and stared at the ceiling. At least Jungkook would have left by now. Last night during dinner he mentioned that he was going to leave around eight and she didn't know what she felt, relief or a little disappointment.

Sighing, she got up and look out the window. It was raining.

The smell of eggs was coming from the kitchen and Jisoo realized how hungry she was. She slipped on her shoes  and struggling with her dressing gown's waistband, she opened up her bedroom door and said, "Lisa, I can kiss you for making breakfast. I'm starving." She looked up and felt her heart jump out of her chest.

It wasn't Lisa standing in the kitchen, it was Jungkoook.

"Good Morning." Jungkoook said, "You are welcome to kiss me for making breakfast." He decided to keep the mood light and winked at her, placing two plates on the table.

After Jisoo left so abruptly last night, he sat by the fire and played out the whole situation in his head, over and over again. He knew she felt something for him. He could feel it in the way she relinquished all control and let him hold her, in the way she relaxed in his arms after letting go of everything she was holding inside. Even though they didn't say a word, he knew. So, when Lisa suggested this morning that she would go into town to sort out the accommodation issue, he didn't argue. He didn't want to leave, he needed more time.

"Where is Lisa?" Jisoo walked to the table and sat down. She was unsure how to handle the new turn of events but didn't want a repeat of yesterday when they met. She just had to keep thinking it was only for the morning. And she was still hungry.

"Apparently, she needed some things from the shop, so she volunteered to sort out the accommodation issue as well. She didn't want to wake you." He took out two mugs from the cupboard, "Coffee?"

"Yes, thanks." Jisoo said. He was wearing the same jeans as yesterday, but the black t-shirt was replaced with a white one. She couldn't help but to notice his well-toned muscles playing under white material, some water droplets in his dark hair dripping on his shoulders. Shaking her head slightly, she continued "And thank you for breakfast, it wasn't necessary. I usually just have coffee in the morning." She took the coffee mug he handed her, and as she did their fingers touched slightly. Jisoo tried hard to make as if she didn't notice and asked quickly, "When did it start raining?"

"It drizzled when I woke up this morning and when I ran to my car ten minutes ago one could still see in front of you, but now it's coming down quite a bit." He looked out the window. The rain was pelting down, one could not see beyond the varanda railing.

Jisoo couldn't help but think of Lisa on the road in this weather, hoping she was okay. She took a sip from her coffee and almost spilled some when Jungkoook said, "Lisa will be okay. She left long before it started coming down like this and she is smart enough to not take on the mountain road back to the cabin in this rain." How did he know what she was thinking? He must get out of her head! She stood up from the table and went to the veranda, thinking the crisp, fresh air will help her mind to relax.

Jungkoook's eyes followed Jisoo, he was starting to see behind those walls around her and was determined to break through them. Last night was just the beginning and he wasn't going to let this feeling go, but he knew he has to be patient. God will show him the right time, God's time.
