Relief!

Lisa kept on checking her phone. Almost an hour and a half passed and still there was no news. She and Jennie tried to keep their conversation light but both of them knew neither would be able to relax until they received word that Jisoo and Jungkoook was okay.

Lisa jumped when her phone rang at last. "Lisa speaking."

"Hi, Lisa. It's Suhyun!"

Lisa's heart skipped a beat and said, "Just hold on, going to put you on speaker, Jeon Jungkoook's sister is here with me." And Lisa switched the phone to speaker. "Okay, go ahead."

Suhyun continued, "Hyun-suk got hold of them, the connection was bad but both of them are safe and were told to stay at the cabin. They asked about you, whether you made it safely to the town and we reassured them that you're okay."

Lisa and Jennie both gave a sigh of relief. "That's good news! Thank you so much!" Lisa replied.

"Hyun-suk will call them every morning when he goes to check the river's progress and we'll keep you informed and please feel free to send them any message through Hyun-suk."

"Thank you." Lisa and Jennie said at the same time.

"One more thing, Lisa you'll have to find other accommodation in the meantime, I'll send you a list of places in town."

"Suhyun hi, sorry to interrupt, Jeon's sister here. Don't worry about Lisa, we're booked at a nearby hotel and have an extra room, she can stay with us." Jennie looked at Lisa, "If that's okay with you, Lisa."

"Ah, that's very kind, thanks." Lisa said.

"Well okay then, glad that is sorted. Please be safe and I'll speak to you guys tomorrow again." Suhyun said goodbye and ended the call.

"That is a relief!" Jennie said, sitting back and relaxing for the first time.

"Cheers to that!" Lisa said and picked up her coffee cup in a toasting manner. "And thank you again for inviting me to stay with you guys, I appreciate it."

"Any time! It would actually be nice to have another female in the mix for a change. When we're on tour it's all men. Jungkoook, his manager, technical guys and his band."

Lisa laughed. "I'm happy I can help then." They paid their check and left for the hotel.
