A Long Flight

Aries sighed as she leaned back into her seat, looking at Gemini who looked back with a confused look. "What?" Gemini asked. Aries shrugged and looked back at the back of Leo's seat. Gemini was confused and decided that he would just ignore whatever just happened for the time being. He was about to close his eyes to try and take a quick nap before the plane took off when Aries poked his arm.

Gemini looked at her and asked, "Yes Aries? What's up?" "Are you going to sleep through the entire flight?" Gemini shook his head, "I just want to take a quick nap. Sagittarius and I had a lot to eat for breakfast so the food coma is starting to kick in."

Aries flicked him in the side of the head, "It's been hours since then you idiot. That's not how food comas work." Gemini chuckled, "Well then I guess it's boredom then. There's nothing to do on this plane."

Aries puled out a pack of cards from her pocket and smirked, "You do realise who your sitting next to, right?" Gemini then whispered so the other zodiacs would not hear him, "We don't really have the alcohol right now though."

Aries' smirk grew ever so slightly, "Well, we'll just keep track of our wins and loses then we can drink when we get to Japan. It shouldn't be to hard to get some soju at the airport." Gemini took the pack of cards from Aries and opened it. "Then what game do you want to play?" He asked as he started to shuffle the cards.

Capricorn was stoic as he gripped the arm rests of the chair he was sitting on, staring at absolutely nothing. Virgo saw Capricorn gripping the armrests and chuckled, "You like those armrests a little too much Capricorn. You know, we kinda have to share the one between us."

Capricorn stayed silent and unresponsive, seeming to grip the armrests tighter. Pegasus now noticed this as well, looking back at Orion who was using his phone. "Hey, Orion." Orion looked up from his phone to answer Pegasus, "Yeah?"

Pegasus pointed at Capricorn, "I think something happened to him." Orion took a short look at Capricorn's face and sighed, "It's flight fright. Capricorn, don't worry. The chances that this plane crashes is one in twenty million." Capricorn started to visibly sweat which made Virgo worry.

Capricorn shakily turned his head towards Orion, "You realise that we are apparently vessels for the zodiacs...right? And the chances that we were the ones to be the vessels for them are one in, oh I don't know, billions. So a one in twenty million chance regarding this plane crashing, for some reason, doesn't seem too comforting."

Orion thought about it and shrugged, "He's not wrong." Pegasus hit Orion over the head, "That's not helping!" Virgo put her hand on top of Capricorn's and held it, "Don't worry Capricorn. I'm sure they did all the safety checks and made sure this plane is flight ready. I promise that nothing will go wrong on this flight."

Capricorn looked at Virgo and down at her hand on his, looking back at Virgo who wore a comforting and reassuring smile. He relaxed and loosened his grip on the armrests, even letting go of his right hand from the armrest to hold Virgo's hand. Capricorn sighed, "That...helps. Thanks Virgo." He looked up at Virgo's face to see her staring at their held hands with a red face, "Virgo?" She looked back up at Capricorn after hearing him call her name, "O-Oh, no problem."

Virgo quickly looked away to try and hide her blush, staring out the window of the airplane. Capricorn wanted to ask why she suddenly stopped talking, but left it alone for the time being. All the while Orion took a quick picture of the two earth signs holding hands, sending it straight to Pisces to fangirl over. Pegasus also saw this and let out a quiet 'aww', enjoying how Capricorn was completely clueless as to why Virgo reacted that way.

This was when the plane started to take off, Capricorn shutting his eyes and made sure he had a good grip on the armrest and Virgo's hand while Virgo was too busy trying not to burn out from the blood rushing to her face. Orion had already fallen asleep with Pegasus trying to peek out the window past Orion, Aries and Gemini. The latter two where playing some card game, careful not to drop any of the cards that were laid out on their laps as the tray tables were not allowed to be used during takeoff. Taurus and Sagittarius were tinkering with the backseat screens to find some movies to watch together during the flight.
