'I'll rip your heart out and eat it.'
I was sleeping, quite peacefully might I add until my phone started to ring. At first I ignored the annoying vibration of the object but then I started to ring again. Who the hell is calling me when I'm sleeping, cause they're gonna die. I groggily opened my eyes before grabbing the phone that was still ringing and placing it to my ear.
"Lilac." I heard through the phone and I immediately recognised the voice as Lydia, what was alarming however was she sounded scared, like she'd been crying. I sat up alert before replying.
"Lydia, what's wrong are you ok?" I frantically asked the girl.
"I don't know Li, I got in my car and I ended up at the school. Lilac there's a dead body."
"Ok Lydia, call Scott and Allison, I'll get Stiles. Don't worry Lyds we'll be there soon." I said and I heard a quiet thank you before I hung up the phone. I looked down at my attire and shrugged, I was wearing one of Stiles Batman shirts with some pyjama shorts, oh well, I've looked worse. I quickly tied up my converse and grabbed my phone before jumping out the window and speeding to my best friends house.
I approached the window and jumped up, he always leaves the window open at night so I know I'll be able to get it. I slid open the glass before climbing in and rolling onto the bed and in the process I must have startled Stiles because he let out a scream. "Li, what the hell?" He asked as he noticed it was me.
"Get up Stilinski, Lydia's at the school and she found a dead body." I said and his eyes widened before he got out of his bed and threw on a shirt and his shoes. "Meet you outside." I smirked at the boy before jumping back out of the window. I saw the boy come running out of the front door and over to the Jeep. He fiddled with his keys before unlocking the vehicle and clambering in and we started to drive in the direction of the school.
"You know, I've been looking for that shirt." Said the boy as he looked down at my clothing choice. His voice still had that slight rasp to it and it was attractive as hell.
"Well you're not getting it back." I told him and he let out a small laugh.
"It looks better on you anyway." He said and his eyes widened significantly upon realising what he had just said.
"Oh flirting with me are you Stilinski?" I asked.
"What- no I just." He said and now it was my turn to laugh but didn't reply as we pulled into the school parking lot and we both jumped out of the Jeep. Instantly my senses were overloaded, blood. It was so strong that I didn't want to move in fear of getting closer and loosing control.
"Where is she?" I asked Scott and Lydia who had somehow made it here before us.
"Over here." Said Lydia and we walked over to the girl. Scott didn't seem to be affected by the scent whatsoever but I felt like it's the only thing I could smell. "It's the same thing as the pool, I got into the car heading somewhere completely different but I ended up here. And Stiles told me to call you if I find a dead body."
