Doctor Strange, Loki and Pietro sat around the table watching as the rest of the team filled in. The three of them were waiting for who else held the lingering essence of the unknown Healer. Pietro wanted to find the mysterious person so he could thank them, same with Loki. Strange on the other hand, had wanted to make sure this Healer was no threat to Earth and if they were good and had the best interest of Earth in mind, then he would know for sure, that the world would benefit to having the three of them united, because as a group, any invaders were surely to be doomed.
Sam and Bruce were first discussing something that left Loki and Strange both confused. They weren't the only ones; Thor had the most perplexed expression Loki had seen in a very long time; he couldn't help but snort at his brother who simply graced them all with a bright smile. He was quickly followed by the Assassin duo, with Vision floating behind them, trying to copy their struts to the T; leaving Steve to bring up the rear, dragging a wet faced Wanda as she tried to shield away from the rest of the team.
Pietro leaned over, his words soft and reassuring. "Do not vorry Loki, she deserved all that you said to her." Smiling softy Loki nodded to the white-haired speedster. "Vhere is Tony? Doesn't he know this is important?" Loki shrugged, he too wondered where the self-proclaimed genius was. He looked around, but it was obvious that those who were present wanted to hurry up with the meeting, so with a nod, Strange started.
"So, earth has wizards now?" Thor asked causing a wave of snickers through the room. Loki groaned and hit his head on the table, closing his eyes at his brother's stupidity. Strange however, he took it and simply smiled back at the blonde god.
"The preferred term is 'Master of the Mystic Arts'."
Thor laughed, sizing him up, "Alright wizard, who are you? Why are you here? I believe I may have forgotten the memo." Steve sputtered, while Sam chuckled, "Look at Mr. Brawn over here. Learning Midgardian idioms."
Loki turned to Strange and grimaced, "I apologise for my brother. He never took the time to learn the proper etiquette of things and doesn't know the finesse of magic."
Strange nodded, excusing the brother. "My name is Doctor Stephen Strange, and I can tell you right now, Loki was not who saved the young Pietro Maximoff." He paused watching as the others all joined the page, he, Loki and Pietro had been on for at least an hour or so, "That's not saying that Loki wouldn't have if he was close enough. I am sure he would have."
Loki took over, his mind on over drive. "This means that there is a very powerful sorcerer out there somewhere, and we as a team need to make sure they are on our side." The hitting of feet sounded from the left of the room as everyone turned to watch through the glass panel as Tony ran down the hallway, phone to ear. He looked flustered and near on pale as he skedded to a stop in front of Steve who had stood to see what was wrong.
Tony looked around and raised a brow at Strange who mirrored the expression. Both men spoke at the same time, causing everyone to laugh and for Sam to whisper over to Clint.
"So, you are the ...
"... one who wears the fingerprint."
"Looks like Steve and Tony are going to have to divorce, these two are already talking over one another."
Clint laughed at that and shook his head replying, "Nah the divorce would be too messy. You know Tony is the trophy wife; they always like dragging things out for the drama."
Tony looked offended his eyes widen as he scoffed. "I was going to say are you the one who is behind the curtain? What do you mean by fingerprint?"
Strange rolled with Tony's insult but proceeded sighing, "You are the one who have also been healed by the sorcerer we believe to have healed Pietro."
