*Note: Again, still looping Fake News. This is an alternate universe story about a rich patron visiting a club to watch a club singer performing.

Another Story, Again

The Moon

"You talked to him, until 3 in the morning?" Key asked me. Disbelief apparent on his face. I nodded as I deposited my bag on the floor next to his drum set and took a seat on his sofa. I yawned. My interrogation by Key started the moment we finished our Monday classes and I headed back to him to his huge palace like house. This would be our normal routine. Take our individual classes then meet for same subject classes or just hang out after both of us are free.

"How is it that you could talk to a random stranger for more than three hours?" Key shook his head as he took out his laptop and started to set up the table for work. Our project that is.

A yawn escaped me. Gosh, my eyelids are definitely heavier now as I lay my head on the soft sofa. "And how is it you can nag from the moment we met at front gates until we sit down in your study room?" I replied to him. Key called me out. "You can't sleep on this one. Tomorrow's the submission date. Get your butt here now,"

"Just 5 more minutes," I yawned again as the drowsiness start to overcome me. I heard Key sighing.

"This is all Mew's fault for getting you into this singing thing," he muttered to himself. I reminded myself to clarify to Key that Mew, our other common friend has nothing to do with me talking to a stranger until 3am before I gave in to the darkness. Sleep was more important now.

//Flashback//

Sun.

That was the name he told me.

Moon.

That was the name I told him.

He genuinely looked surprised when I said I only wanted his nickname, not actual name.

"Why?" He asked. I smiled, pushing my hair backwards. Yeah, definitely need a quick hair rinse. My gelled hair is getting intolerable.

"Because we just met and are now just having a casual chat. So if we decided we don't like each other's company, then we have no pressures knowing the status that comes with our actual names," I explained. He looked uneasy.

"Besides, if we decide to move on to other nightly activities, it will come in handy. No strings attached," I said jokingly, not expecting him to give me "Huh?" he swallowed. Saw that Adam's apple moved.

"I-I, I am not looking at you for that, pl-please don't misunderstand khrub," He was trying to explanation. I laughed. Now he is looking kind of interesting. I placed my hand on his on purpose, just to see his reaction and retracted. He noticed. He started to fiddle with his fingers again. Gradually moving to the spot I just touched.

"Relax. I was just joking. If you were one of those one night dealers, you wouldn't have waited until now to ask me," I said to him. He seemed to accept my answer.

"I don't do those sort of thing. I am genuinely interested to get to know you," He said, now looking at me. He did said so with sincerity. At least I thought it was sincere enough.

"But you must be from some rich crowd. Why would you want to get to know a club singer like me?" He looked looked at me again confused to what I mean. I thought he was innocently cute.

"How?"

I guess I need to enlighten him again, "The way you wear, classy. That watch, wouldn't be something your age would be able to afford without a few years of work in those elite companies or you are just those rich masters from those elite companies," he quickly tugged his shirt and then his watch as if he realized it for the first time.
