Peter's Pov:
It had been a few months since the endgame against Thanos and things started to get back to normal. But despite all of that, there was something that had been bugging me for a while. When finally having the courage to ask them one of the most important questions of my life, I stepped out of bed, leaving Y/n sleep in peace."Goodmorning Pete, is Y/n still sleeping?" Steve asked when I came downstairs.
"Yeah, she's still asleep. Can you maybe call everyone in for a meeting, well, everyone except Y/n? I kinda have something important to ask all of you," I said, having a feeling that Steve might know what I was talking about.
"Sure kid, I'll call a meeting right away. But just to be clear, I think I already know what they're gonna say."
"Just do it, I know it means a lot to her."
Steve called in a meeting and in five minutes, all the Avengers except Y/n were in the conference room.
"Parker, you better have a good explanation, because I am extremely tired," Wanda said, rubbing her eyes.
"Yeah, sorry 'bout that."
"Peter, why do I have a feeling that you're gonna ask us something extremely important? Like something that would drastically change your life for good?" Mrs Potts asked me, making my eyes widen.
"So that might be true. Uhm, how do I do say this? Okay, so what I'm about to ask you is like extremely important, considering all of you. Before the unfortunate events of Mr Stark's passing, I sorta already asked him the same and he said he was okay with it, so saying no would be dishonoring his wishes. So, I wanted to ask-" I began, before getting cut off.
"Oh. My. God! Yes, we will give you our blessing. Oh, this is great, we can go shopping again, it's gonna be so much fun," Wanda said very excited, "Sorry, you were stalling, so I just read your mind, but please, you have to."
"Okay, can someone please explain to me what's going on?" Scott Lang, also known as Ant-Man, asked.
Your Pov:
I woke up to seeing Peter was already awake, so I just got dressed and walked downstairs, which led to randomly receiving a hug from Wanda."Okay, as much as I enjoy hugging people, may I know why now all this sudden?" I asked her.
"Sorry, I'm just so happy for you!" She, well, squealed.
"Uhm, okay, I guess?"
"Oh no, this is more than okay, this is absolutely great. Oh, you have such a wonderful life in front of you, you're so damn lucky."
"You're being weird, like more weird than usual. If this is your way of telling me that you got knocked up again, there are better ways to do so."
"No silly, this isn't about me, it's about you. Just promise me you'll agree with whatever is going to be asked to you, 'kay?"
"If I promise, will you let go of me?"
"Absolutely, sorry."
She let go and noted to myself that I would ask later what she was talking about. I just started eating my breakfast, when I felt a tapping on my shoulder, so I turned around.
"Oh, hey Peter, what's up?" I asked, not aware of what was ahead of me.
"Nothing, I just had a little question for you," He said, smiling from ear to ear.
"Sure, ask away."
"Do you want to... come to the roof with me?"
"Ha, no, that is a trickquestion. If we look at history, the last two times I was taken to the roof by someone, something extremely bad happened. Not only that, but those two people also ended up dead and I don't want you to die, because I just got you back."
"I'm not going to die, well, someday I will. Everyone dies at some point in life- and I've noticed you just got really confused, so I'll just ask again: Do you want to come to the roof with me?"
"If I'm going to die, that's on you, but for now, why not?"
"Great, I'll see you in five minutes, I have to do something before we see each other. Bye, gotta go, love you," He said, giving me a quick kiss on the lips before running out of the room.
"Well, something is going on, because this is just weird," I said out loud, talking to absolutely no one.
