Going with everyone to one of the most fanciest restaurants, I hoped that for freaking once, the party wouldn't be ruined.

"So, how does it feel to be an engaged woman now, Y/n?" Wanda asked, being herself.

"Why do people always ask that? It doesn't feel any different, because it shouldn't feel any different. If you feel different, that means you're not with the right person, but I am with the right person," I said, pointing to her with my fork.

"I'm the right person?" Peter asked, always so sweet.

"Yes, you are. Would I've said yes, if I didn't think you were the perfect person to spend the rest of my life with?"

"How am I supposed to know that, you're always a little weird about things like this."

"Do you want me to break it of?"

"Don't poke the bear, Pete. She'll do it, just to prove a point," Wanda said.

"But really, she bought an entire franchise to prove a point, don't mess with her," Mom said, receiving a lot of looks.

"First of all, it was dad's idea to buy McDonald's to prove that they use the best cheese ever, and second, we were right. Their cheeseburgers were officially the best ones in the multiverse, so I don't know why you're bringing it up like it was a bad thing," I said, shrugging my shoulders.

"Wait, you own McDonald's?" Peter asked with wide eyes.

"Owned, we gave it back to the previous owners afterwards and did some commercial, blah blah blah. Anyways, eat your food, I don't want you to starve."

"I'm not going to starve, Y/n."

"You never know, especially with me over here, doomed to ruin this happy event. Trust me, you would prefer to die with a full stomach."

"Why- I'm not even going to ask why, there must be a good reason behind it."

Surprisingly, the dinner went well, if you ignore the part where the three kids started throwing around their food so I had to create a shield around them.
