DEAN IS IN HIS INTERROGATION ROOM, repeating the words Dana Shulps, over and over again to himself. Sam sits in his room and flips over a piece of paper, writing the words Dana Shulp repeatedly. Bek on the other hand . . . she had an arm on the table with her head leaning against it, snoring softly.

"Maybe it's not a name." Dean realizes.

"Anagram maybe?" Sam guesses.

There was a knock on Deans door and a man pokes his head in. "Mr Winchester?"

"Yeah."

"I'm Jeff Crouse. I'm with the public defenders office. I'm your lawyer." He says and takes a seat across from Dean. "Oh, thank God. I've been saved." Says Dean sarcastically. "Can I, uh, steal a pen from you and some paper?"

"Sure." Crouse says and digs through his suit for a pen and a notepad of paper. He hands it to Dean. "Well, the police haven't found a weapon yet, so that's good." Dean begins writing the name onto the paper. "But they've got your prints and literally blood on your hands. And with your police record, uh . . . Mr Winchester, what are you doing?" Crouse watches Dean write multiple names on the paper he has. "I think it's an anagram." Dean admits.

"A what?" Crouse asks.

"An anagram. Same letters, different words. Could you do me a favor? See if you recognize any of these words —local names, places, anything like that." Dean says and pushes the paper toward his lawyer.

"Do you understand how serious these charges are?" Crouse asks.

"I'm handcuffed to a table. Yeah. I get it. Humor me. Take a quick look." Dean says. Crouse sighs softly and pulls the paper toward him and looks over the written words. He takes his pen and marks out a word. "Well, S-U-P . . . I don't know about that but Ashland is a street name." He puts the words Ashland in parenthesis. "It's not far from here."

"Street?" Dean questions and rips the piece of paper. Crouse nods. "Let's start with where you were the night that Anthony Giles died."

"Can you get in to see my brother?" Asks Dean. "Possibly Bek."

"Mr Winchester . . . you could be facing the death penalty here." Crouse tells him, concerned by his actions. "Hey, thanks for the law review, Matlock. But if you want to help me . . ." Dean rips off the second piece of paper. "I need you to see my brother."
