In the night
Vansh kept rambling about how he had fun today with both Riddhima and Sejal and kept blabbering about how he won all the games making both of them lose. He was so happy and the entire family was seeing the happiness and the way his eyes shone brightly. Everyone was happy for him except the mother-son duo when suddenly Siya spoke.
Siy(faking hurt): Very bad jiju, aapne Seju di ke saath itna khela aur mujhe bhul gaye. Aapki sabse choti saali ko? I am hurt. Aapne mujhe nahi shaamil kiya na.
(faking hurt): [Very bad jiju, you enjoyed and played with Seju di and conveniently forgot about me. I am your youngest saali(sister-in-law in Hindi). I am hurt. Why didn't you involve me as well.]
Van(trying to pacify cutely): Siyu, woh na mujhe nahi pata tha na ki tumhe bhi khelna hain mera saath. Aur Seju ne bhi toh nahi bataya tha mujhe. Tum sad math hona, hum bhi khelenge. Tum, main, meri Riddhu, Seju hum sab milkhe khelenge aur bohat masthi karenge. Teekh hain? (confused) Par yeh saali kon hain?
(trying to pacify cutely): [Siyu, I didn't know that even you wanted to play with me. Also, even Seju didn't inform me about anything. You don't be sad, even we will play. You, me, my Riddhu, Seju all of us will play and have fun. Okay? (confused) But who is saali?]
Everyone hearing this initially shocked as Vansh had always shown attitude to each and everyone even after the accident, to all the strangers and now was suddenly warming up to Sejal and Siya, even though he didn't spend much time with them. Not only was he warming up but also pacifying which he hardly did with only Ishani. This made Ishani's eyes teared up and she became silent after watching this. But later everyone smiled when they heard him asking what does Saali means which in actuality is sister-in-law.
Rid(smiling): Vansh, Siyu aur Seju dono rishte main tumhari saali hain. Main tumhari special friend hoon na toh meri behenae tumhari saaliyan hain.
(smiling): [Vansh, in relation Siyu and Seju happen to be your Saalis. As I am your special friend, my sisters become your Saali.]
Van(thinking): Accha, toh Aryan aur Ishani tumhari saaliyan hain?
(thinking): [Okayy, so Aryan and Ishani are your Saali's?]
Listening to his innocent talks everyone cracked up and laughed hard while Aryan's eyes almost popped out when he heard what Vansh just spoke and also embarrassed. Even Kabir cracked up listening about Aryan.
Rid(with a smile): Nahi, Ishani meri nanad hain aur Aryan mera bhai jaisa kyunki woh tumhara bhai hain.
(with a smile): [No, Ishani is called my Nanad and Aryan is like my brother because he is your brother.]
Van(cutely): Yeh bohat hi confusing hain.
(cutely): [This is soo confusing.]
Rid(smile): Main tumhe acche se baad mein batadungi. Teek hain?
(smile): [I will explain about everything later. Okay?]
