Y/N's POV

Father and I said we were hungry so the mortals brought us to a place called a diner. It was a smaller version of a dining hall. Me and Father were eating very fast since we had both gotten weak after turning into mortals.

"How'd you two get inside that cloud?" Jane asked both of us, but we were too busy eating to answer. "Also, how could you both eat and entire box of Poptarts and still be this hungry?"

Father drank the rest of his drink, which he smiled at the end. "This drink. I like it."  Darcy smiled back. "I know. It's great, right-" "Another!" Father shouted before smashing the mug. Jane went to clean it up. "Sorry, Izzy. Little accident."

Father watched her pick the pieces. Jane looked up at Father. "What was that?" "It was delicious. I want another." Father replied. Jane scoffed at him and spoke up. "Well, you could have just said so."

"I just did." Father said, chuckling. Jane looked at Father, confused at he just did. "No. I mean ask nicely." Father shook his head. "I meant no disrespect." "Alright. Well, no more smashing. Deal?"

Father was silent before speaking. "You have my word." Jane nodded her head. "Good." I looked between both of them and smirked.

I heard a bell ding and saw two men walk in and up to the front. "The usual, please, Izzy?" One of them asked. "You missed all the excitement down out at that crater. Saying some kind of satellite landed out in the desert." The first man chuckled. "Yeah. We had some fun with it until the feds showed up."

"Excuse me. Did you say there was a satellite crash?" Jane asked as she turned to the men. "Yeah." Darcy pulled out a device out of her pocket and took a photo of Father with his mouth full of food, which caused me to chuckle a little.

Erik turned to the men. "What did it look like? The satellite?" The man shrugged. "Well, I don't know anything about satellites, but it was heavy," Father stopped eating and so did I. We both looked at each other as we knew what it was. "Heavy. Like nobody could lift it."

Father smirked and walked over to the man. "Which way?" The man looked up at Father. "Uh. 50 miles west of here." Father nodded to me. I nodded back and stood up, following him outside. "I wouldn't waste your time if I were you." The man called after us.

Father and I were walking down the pathway as the chariots were honking at us. "Where are you going?" Jane asked us as she ran up to us. "50 miles west of here." I replied as we continued to walking.

"Why?" Jane asked. Father ran a hand through his hair. "To get what belongs to me." "Oh, so you own a satellite, now?" I turned my head to her. "It's not what they say it is." Jane tucked a hair behind her ear. "Well, whatever it is. The government seems to think it's theirs. So, you just intend to go in their and take it."

Father and I stopped and turned to her. "Yes," Father looked at me and winked before turning to Jane. "If you take us there, now. We'll tell you everything you wish to know." Jane looked up at him. "Everything?"

"Yes. All the answers you seek will be yours once Father reclaims Mjolnir." I stated, going along with what Father was saying. "Myeo-muh? What's Myeo-muh?" Darcy asked. Erik looked at Jane. "Can I have a word?"

Erik, Jane and Darcy walked off to the side to have their conversation. I crossed my arms and looked at Father. "Father. May I ask something?" "Yes." Father replied. "What happens if you get Mjolnir? Getting back into Asgard won't be easy. Grandfather has banished. We cannot go back."

Father put a hand on my shoulder. "We'll find a way, Y/N." I sighed. "I hope so." I heard soft footsteps as I looked behind me. "I'm sorry. But I can't take you." "Then this is where we say goodbye." Father softly grabbed her hand and placed a gentle kiss on it.
