(A/N. Quick announcement, I am going to be adding some Asgardian from here on out, so if you see italics, that means Asgardian.)

Y/N's POV

It has been a few winters since Uncle had attempted to destroy Jotunheim and taken over the throne. Even though he was not the best man in all the realms and he always despised Father and I. He was still my uncle. And I still miss him.

A lot has happened since then. I decided to adopt Luta as my own daughter. She is such a joy. I have also been training my powers and swordsmanship. I can create and control ice to my will.

But, other then that. My life has been great. Luta has been a wonderful little girl. She's always wanting to help whenever Grandmother asks for it. She's been an absolute joy to have in the castle.

"Luta, where are you, my little blomst?" I said with a smile as I walked through the dining hall.

(A/N: Blomst mean flower in Norwegian, which is what Asgardian is based off. And yes I will do translations.)

We were currently playing hide and seek and it was her turn to hide. I heard a little giggle behind one of the pillars leading to the balcony that overlooked the Bifrost.

I lightly smiled and walked gently towards the pillar. "I wonder where my little girl could be. I guess she couldn't be in here." I softened my steps to make it seem like I walked away. I then let out a small yell and quickly grabbed Luta from her hiding spot as she giggled loudly.

Once she was done laughing, she looked at me with a smile. "Daddy, you cheated!" I chuckled as I held her on my hip. "Well, if you could control that little laugh of yours, I wouldn't have to cheat." Luta giggled lightly. "See?"

Form behind me, I could hear someone enter the room. "Excuse me, your highness," I turned around and saw a guard standing in the doorway. "The Allfather requests your presence." I nodded. "Thank you. I'll head there immediately." The guard nodded and bowed before leaving.

I looked at Luta and smiled at her. "I guess we'll have stop playing, blomst." Luta hung her head and let out a small whine. "Don't worry. I'm sure we can play later. Now, come on. Let's see what Great Grandfather wants."

A few minutes later, Luta and Y/N walked into the Throne Room where Odin sat with Frigga standing next to him. But, the most surprising thing was that Heimdall was in the throne room as well. Odin started as he saw his grandson and great-granddaughter enter the room. "Y/N, I'm glad to see my message got to you. This is an important discussion that must be said only among us adults."

Y/N nodded and looked down at his daughter. "Go on upstairs and practice your reading. I'll be up in a little bit." "Okay." Luta ran from the throne room to her and to her and Y/N's bedroom. The God of Ice then turned to his grandfather. "Now, what's going on?"

Frigga seemed to bow her head slightly. Odin looked to Heimdall, who simply nodded and turned the royal prince. "Your uncle is alive." Y/N's eyes grew wide at this statement. "W-What? But, he fell into the abyss. No one could survive that."

Heimdall approached the young man. "Somehow, your uncle has survived and has found the Tesseract and is now attempting to bring an army to Earth called the Chitauri." Y/N was shocked to his core. "Does Father know of this?" "Yes. He is already on his way to find Loki. If you're fast, you may catch him." Heimdall told him.

Y/N hurriedly ran to his room and grabbed his sword. Luta looked at her father in confusion. "What are you doing, Father?" "I'm going with Grandfather on a quick trip, okay? I'll be back as soon as I can." Y/N told his daughter. He went over and kneeled down to her and took her hands. "I promise I'll be back and we can continue our game, okay?"
