Tommy and I stroll up the river bed that flows out to the ocean. The autumn sun is high in the sky and we can see the wooden Eiffel Tower in the distance. Tommy and I had moved Henry there so that he would be safer with all that's going on. Tommy's summer house where we'd previously been keeping Henry was too connected and close to town for Tommy's liking. We'd tied Henry up at one of the legs of the tower with water and hay. 

"I wonder how Henry's been what all on his own and all that," Tommy wondered aloud. 
"I'm sure he's been lonely but that's why we're going!" I said cheerfully. Tommy and I both loved Henry, well, I love their relationship. Henry always was pleased to see Tommy, especially when Tommy brought treats. I knew Henry would be safe at the tower because nobody ever went there besides Sapnap and Karl. 

"Awh this is taking forever!" Tommy said dragging out "forever". 
"Well then run you, moron," I roll my eyes and bonk him gently on the head.
"Hey!" He sticks his tongue out at me. 
"RACE YOU!" Tommy suddenly yells and takes off. 
"CHEATER!" I yell and follow him as best I can through the longish grass. 

I catch up to Tommy at the leg of the tower breathing heavily.
"Your... legs... are too long!" I say between breaths. Tommy doesn't reply. 
"Tommy?" I get up and see what he's staring at. Henry isn't tied to his post. 

"Where'd he go?" I say with worry creeping into my voice.  
"HENRY!" Tommy yells into the wind. Nothing, not even a ring from the bell tied around Henry's neck.
"Come on let's look for him," I say already on the move. 
Tommy and I search the area thoroughly calling Henry's name all the while. We search the forest, the beach, the field but he's not anywhere. I can tell Tommy is starting to fret more and more.  

"Tommy-" I start. 
"Where's Sapnap?" he cuts me off. 
"What?"
"It's his tower, right? So it's his fault! Where the fuck is Sapnap?!" Tommy's fists clench and I can see his anger bubbling more and more beneath the surface. He looks at me darkly. 
"Tommy I don't know where Sapnap is! Maybe-"
"Is Dream around?" Where is he going with this?
"He's probably-"
"I don't care," Tommy whips out his walkie talkie from his belt and goes through different channels. I try to get him to calm down and let me talk to Sapnap but Tommy just walks away and continues scrolling through channels. 

"Tommy let's think about this logically!"
"Ok, we need to do more checks-" Dreams voice cuts through my argument. 
"Is Sapnap here?" Tommy jumps in the middle of Dream's conversation. 
"Tommy hangs on-" I start but Dream says "why" at the same time as somebody else on the line says "what". 
"Where's my cow Dream?" Tommy says. 
"I don't know, you have to ask Sapnap about that I haven't been around recently."
"Do you know where Sapnap is?" 
"I think he's in another town today-" Tommy flicks off the channel. 

"What the fuck," Tommy says and strides towards Skeppy and BadBoyHalo's house. I'm yet to meet the pair but I know Dream works closely with both of them. George and Sapnap tell me all kinds of stories about the group and their adventures. I know that BadBoyHalo is a demon from the Nether and Skeppy is your average human. 
"Wait, Tommy!" I'm completely ignored and I start to skip to keep up with the tall boy. 
"Christ he's fast," I say and continue to jog after him. 

I eventually catch him on the prime path talking to Niki. I see Tommy harshly wipe at his eyes. 
"Niki!" I say and make my way over. 
"Y/N, there's no easy way to say this but Henry's dead. I'm so sorry." Niki's lovely voice stops me dead in my tracks. 
"Henry's dead?" The words feel like a stab through my gut, I feel my body start to be eaten by a big black hole. Niki nods and hugs me tightly, I stand limply.
