Chapter 8: Surprise Attack Part 2

Y/N was getting ready for bed, before that she entered her father's office. She wanted to speak to him about her day.

(Y/N) "Do you like sweets?"

(Takeshi) "I'm not fond of it. Why do you ask?" He took a sip of tea.

(Y/N) "Just in case I bring extra dessert." You looked at him with a nervous smile.

(Takeshi) "I may not have a sweet tooth, but we may eat dessert together if you wish."

(Y/N) "That will be nice. I'll like that very much, father." *I can't let my guard down easily.* You stood up. "In that case, I'm off to bed. Night father."

(Takeshi) "Very well." This entire conversation, not once did he look at you. Those eyes were busy searching through papers and his tea.

Y/N left the office and went to bed. When she woke up, it was dark, it was pitch black. Y/N can feel the cool air on her skin. She fully awoke and noticed she wasn't in bed. Instead, she was held over someone's shoulder. *Am I being kidnapped?* Y/N struggled to get loose from her kidnapper. However, she was tied up really well. Her hands were stiff, not able to move.

(Y/N) "Who are you guys!?! Let me go!!" *'Let me go?' That was stupid. They grabbed me for a reason.* You were thrown to the ground. The kidnapper took the bag from your head. It was still night, not much time had passed since you fell asleep. Then you saw your kidnappers, you recognized them.

(Thief 1) "Hello there, remember us?" He squatted down and looked at you with a serious face.

(Y/N) "You're the thieves that killed my grandmother." You said with the same serious tone as he did.

(Thief 3) "I'm sorry for your loss." *He seems very timid.* You thought.

(Thief 2) "Don't apologize idiot." *This guy is definitely arrogant.* You thought.

(Y/N) "What do you need from me?" You maintain calm. Check your surroundings and a way to escape. You're in a forest.

(Thief 1) "We were hired to capture you and take you far away from the Village."

(Y/N) "Who ordered it?"

(Thief 1) "That is classified."

(Y/N) "How come I couldn't sense any of you back when we fought? Is it some kind of Genjutsu?"

(Thief 1) "That is also classified."

(Y/N) "So, it's no use getting you to talk."

(Thief 2) "Not a chance little girl. The Leaf will just make anyone a Jonin."

(Y/N) "I earned the title. Did you become a Genin?"

(Thief 2) "We kidnapped you, remember."

(Y/N) "Yeah, I know. But anyone, even a Genin, can kidnap anyone while the victim is asleep. And I'm a deep sleeper."

Thief 2 was about to smack you, but he was stopped by Thief 1.

(Thief 3) "She didn't even flinch." He said in a surprised whisper.

(Y/N) "We're definitely far away from the village for sure. Now what?"

(Thief 1) "Now we--"

(Thief 2) "We're getting rid of you! Basically, today is your last day on Earth."

(Thief 1) "Quiet you moron. And we are not--"

(Y/N) "Can I at least know the names of my kidnappers?"

(Thief 2) "No--"

(Thief 3) "I'm Enkai." He said that with a smile.

(Thief 2) "Why would you tell her your name Idiot!"
