Eunkyung POV

I dressed up as usual and went out, "Good morning guys!" I greeted happily, they all awkwardly nodded at me and started wearing their shoes, getting ready to leave.

"Did I do something wrong?" I questioned.

They shook their heads continuing to keep a distance from me, usually, every morning is filled with hugs and praises, I don't understand what happened. "Guys? Are we leaving already?" My question was answered with a simple nod.

"I must've messed up yesterday, no wonder they aren't talking to me." I thought to myself. I followed them to our van and sat inside, "I should increase my practice time and start working out more, start dieting too." I nodded my head at my thoughts and sat quietly.

We didn't have any group schedules today so I thanked God for that. I went straight to the dance studio and spotted Sungdeuk-shi, "Good morning, May I watch the recording of yesterday's performance?" I asked directly getting to the point.

He greeted me with a good morning and showed me the recording. I picked out the smallest mistakes every five minutes. Turn my foot a little bit to the right, work out more for the abs reveal part, change my facial expression.

The tiniest mistake ticked me off. The second the recording ended I thanked him and placed myself in front of the mirrors, I started dancing with counts instead of music, I re-did everything over and over again until I deemed it perfect.

"Eunkyung calm down, it's been three hours!" Our choreographer scolded.

I shook my head sweat dripping down the sides of my face, "I'm not good enough." I answered. He sighed as he stepped out.

My shirt clung to my frame uncomfortably, the smell of my sweat made me want to gag, the mirror had started fogging up due to the humidity, I didn't care. No matter what the conditions were I needed to get better, I had to be perfect or the boys won't talk to me.

I heard the door open, I looked in the mirror trying to spot whoever came in, the foggy glass didn't help at all. I stopped counting and turned around, "Eunkyung it's lunchtime." Aecha unnie said.

I shook my head wiping the sweat off my forehead, "I'm not hungry, you can go ahead."

She grabbed my arm and pulled me out, I wailed out protest as she dragged me to the washroom. "Wash your face." She ordered, I did what she asked not wanting to anger her more. "Did you get your new contacts?" She asked.

"They are too expensive, I'm only going to use them during performances," I said as I put on my glasses again.

(an I'm not gonna mention every time she puts on her glasses because it's something she does every day)

"Let's have lunch." She prompted again.

"I'm not hungry, but if you want I'll accompany you." I dodged.

"Eunkyung, I have been working in the industry for far too long to not know what you're trying to do. What triggered you?" She uttered.

I smiled at her, "Nothing happened unnie, I'm just not hungry. I'll let you know if something happens." I lied.

"You better tell me, Don't keep everything to yourself." She said lovingly.

Both of us headed out and went to our cafeteria. We sat down and talked for a while but all I could think about is how much time I'd been wasting. I couldn't pay attention to what she was saying for my mind was somewhere else.

"Why aren't you sitting with the boys today? You guys always sit together." She voiced out.

My head snapped towards her, my brain started running miles to think of an excuse, "We uh-didn't have time." I lied again.

She quickly finished her food and left to do her work. I decided to work on my flow and left for the studio. I walked up the stairs and opened the door to the studio, the boys were cramped in there talking and laughing. I awkwardly waved and closed the door.

"They've known each other longer than they've known you. They obviously wouldn't care about you." I mumbled to myself as I headed back to the dance studio. "Be perfect," I uttered under my breath.

I walked into the room and glanced at the clock, '1.30' it read.

I decided to practice with the music now. I stripped myself of my shirt since it started reeking of sweat. I kept practicing in my sports bra, not caring about my insecurities or my thoughts. "Be perfect," I mumbled again like some sort of mantra.

I looked at the clock in the corner, "4.00" I read out loud. It's almost time for me to start working out. I did the whole choreography from the top for one last time before I decided to head out to the gym.

I put my shirt back on and left. The gym was small, the equipment was worn down from years of use, dust was packed in the corners. I gagged at the smell of rotten leather as I walked inside.

I hated the gym.

I looked around to find Lee Hyun sunbaenim working out.

"Annyeonghaseyo sunbaenim."  I greeted.

"Oh- you must be Rosuto." He said, recognizing me.

I nodded as I bowed down. "You can call me sunbae or Lee Hyun oppa. I don't mind"

I nodded and said, "I'll be calling you sunbae if you don't mind."

"I just said I don't mind Rosuto-shi, please don't be so formal with me." I smiled and nodded. I went towards the equipment, I quickly stretched and started working out. An hour in sunbae left. Leaving me to my own devices.

Two hours in I decided that I couldn't work out anymore. My limbs were sore and I was out of breath. I quickly stepped down and pulled my inhaler out. I put it near my mouth and pressed the button taking a deep breath.

I stepped out of the gym and looked at the time, "7.00 already!?" I yelled frustratingly, I didn't get any vocal exercises down. I jogged my way to the studio ready to get some practice in. Thankfully it was empty.

I did some voice exercises before practicing my flow, and before I knew it I was in the corner of the room with a pencil and notepad in my hands writing some lyrics down. My brain was running at 100km/h.

I had decided on a title and the theme I even had an Idea for the rhythm. I scribbled down more lyrics until I felt a nasty cramp in my wrist. I dropped the pencil and clutched my hand to my chest massaging it and rubbing it.

I decided to step out and go to the washroom to wash my face and run some water over my hand. I stepped into one of the stalls deciding that I had to use the washroom. I flushed ans was about to step out when I heard a voice.

"Eunkyung is such a whore, I mean she literally has the same dorm as the boys, she is definitely sleeping with them. When they literally belong to me, and on top of that Bang is literally her dad, she just wants to take over the company. She is only here for the money, and did you hear her yesterday, she sounded like a god damn rat on the stage, like ew. She's so gross."

I recognized that voice.

Why wouldn't I?

When I only heard it a few hours ago, comforting me.
