Aoba Johsai vs. Karasuno Continued

"Kageyama, Wait! I know how you must feel, but don't do anything rash!"
"Captain. I haven't said anything yet."
Suga stood on the sidelines, ready to grab Kageyama if need be. Tanaka and Tsukishima suddenly start laughing loudly.
"Ha Ha!! Your head okay, bro?!"
"Nice catch— with your head!!"
"No egging kageyama on either!!"
Hinata laughs in fear, wearing this weird smile on his face. You watch Kageyama slowly walk over, say some things to Hinata, and slap the back of his head repeatedly.
Whatever Kageyama and Tanaka said seemed to do the trick. Figuring Hinata would be okay, you go back to your place and sit. It was further in the back, where you were higher up and had a better view of the court. You were kind of embarrassed to admit that you had caught the attention of a few girls, and now they wouldn't stop looking at you and whispering.
You sit down and almost immediately hear a gasp and something fall, scrambling to get back up.
"(Y/n)!" You were suddenly hugged from behind. "My love! You've come to watch me play!"
You dead pan. Oikawa Tohru. He'd been helplessly in love with you since middle school and wasn't ashamed to show it. You had no idea how much of it was a joke. He would invite (more like kidnap) you to hang out with his team, which is why you knew most of them.
"No, I'm here with Karasuno..."
"Karasuno??"
Briefly, you heard set two would be starting soon. Oikawa moves over and into your lap, putting his arms around your neck. "Are you cheating on me?"
You boop his nose, other hand resting on his upper thigh. "We're not dating. And I'm here because I'm a manager, remember?"
He frowns. "You never told me that."
"I did, actually. You were probably just staring at me blankly like usual."
His cheeks flush and he looks away, pouting. "I don't know what you're talking about." He huffs.
"Yes, you do. You always stare at me." You grab his chin and force him to look at you. "Just admit it, you're completely captivated by me." You smirk, teasing him.
His whole face turns red and he sputters, slapping your arm. "S-Shut up!"
Truth was, he was often captured by your good looks, staring at your face blankly as he day dreamed.
You pick up his hips and move him off of you, turning your attention to the game. Oikawa clings onto your arm, resting his cheek against your shoulder.
Ennoshita served the ball, sending it to the other side of the court. Aoba Johsai received and countered, sending the ball back.
Tsukishima digs up the ball a little sloppily, Kageyama rushing to cover. Briefly, you make eye contact with Hinata and the ball zooms over to the tangerine as if magnetically attracted to him- only for it to just barely miss his fingertips?
Hinata stared at his hand, dumbfounded. "Hinata!!" The tangerine flinches and Kindaichi smirks.
"There, see?" He says smugly.
"Sorry, my bad," Kageyama says. "That one was too high."
"Kageyama..." Kindaichi says in shock.
"Apologized..?" Kunimi finished.
Oikawa narrows his eyes down at the court. That's not the Kageyama he remembered watching last year.
Blue castle served, Ennoshita getting the first touch. The ball arcs high into the air. Tanaka and Hinata both run for the ball.
With impossible speed, Kageyama sets the ball to Hinata, allowing the smaller boy to slam the ball down onto the court.
"YESSS!!"
The Karasuno team cheered, including you. Hinata glances up at you, frowning at the male clinging onto your arm.
You watch them gather in a circle and do a little cheer.
"That.. that was almost team-like!" Hinata says as he basically sparkles.
"What do you mean 'almost'? We are a team!" Tanaka says.
"Yeah!" Hinata jumps up into the air.
"Do they really have a quick set with that midget?" Yahaba asks.
"They're definitely acting different from before." Kindaichi says.
"Okay! Now that Hinata is up and running again.. it's time we started the counterattack."
Your phone buzzes, catching your attention.
