Lani held the bottle of water in her hands as the zombie began to rise again, and the rest of the group had ran to the front of the store, where Dream held a wrench, swinging back and forth standing in front of the children.

"Stay away! Hey ass stay away!" Dream yelled, when all the sudden water began to spray him and his skin began to melt. "What the shit? He melts in water?" Dream screamed.

"Yeah! Lani saved us!" Jack glorified her, running past the dead corpse and hugging her. "But we're not safe though." He turned to the others. "Dream drive us to Hayden's house, 5965 Peach Lane and Jordan Boulevard. Be quick, there still after us."

"Ok but can you explain what happened though?" Dream asked as they began grabbing any useful materials. "And why are you taking stuff?" Dream asked, snatching a pipe from Drista.

"Just frame it as a robber, and we'll tell you on the way." Jack said, as Drista pulled back the pipe.

"Well how bout that massive rotting corpse with half a hazmat suit on and melted skin? Just whatever." Dream ignored that for when it came and loaded the kids into his car, following there instructions.

Jack explained thoroughly wait happened and fleshed out the unimportant details as they pulled up to Hayden's house.

"So we're gonna have a zombie apocalypse right in our town? Great! Yeah this is great! Thanks guys! We're never gonna die!" As the kids exited the car, Dream thanked them in his words.

"Remember, 1:00, Jordan street." Jack reminded, slamming the door shut. They all entered the house to the Joiners parent duo.

"Hi guys! Are y'all staying over?" Ms. Joiner asked, washing the dishes. Jack kicked over the rug a bit to reveal a trapdoor.

"Uhm yes, we're gonna leave early in the morning though so don't miss us too much." Hayden answered, running up to his room.

"What're you doing?" Charlotte asked as Jack pushed back the rug.

"Nothing." He answered, running back up to the room with Hayden.

"Oh ok you guys are heading up? Tired already? Ok goodnight." Ms. Joiner asked, continuing her chore. The kids began to change into there pajamas. Jack ended up sharing a bed with his sister, and watched the moon rise up as he saw Lani fast asleep.

"Goodnight." He whispered to Lani as he turned over, but she was already fast asleep.
