Chapter 22

Aura's POV:

"Aura, Aura" I heard someone while feeling some shakes. I ignored it.

"Wake up Aura" I heard again and this time I recognised the voice.

"Roman?" I mumbled.

"Cmon get up"He said.

"What happened?" I asked getting up.

"You slept" He said. I looked around and saw a different room.

"Wh...where are we?" I asked.

"On the way to another continent, overseas." He said.

"WHAT!! OVERSEAS?" I shouted.

"Shhh" He shushed me.

"Overseas?" I asked slowly.

"Yes, we are in boat right now." He said.

"How I didn't got to know?" I asked.

"The food you ate had sleeping pills mixed." He told.

"What?" I asked with confusion.

"Yeah, after you ate the food, I went in the cook area. There I heard the conversation of the cook and James." He told.

"Hey you did what I said?" James asked the cook.

"Yes sir, I added 3 sleeping pills in her food" He replied.

"Good" James patted his shoulder.

"Oh but Roman, Tom?  How will Tom come here?" I asked.

"Don't worry, he will find us here." He said.

"How?" I asked.

"Bring her out" I heard a man standing outside the door. Another man went into the room.

"Boss! She is not here" Other man shouted.

"What?" The leader yelled.

"Yes boss, the room is empty." The other man came out of the room.

"Go find her. She must be somewhere here on the boat." He said and all went in all directions.

I has hiding under the table with Roman having hand on my mouth not to make any noise.

"Come with me" He said and we stepped out. As we were walking through the hallways in boat risking our lives, we heard the same man. Roman pushed me to the wall again keeping his hand on my mouth.

"If boss found out then we will be in great danger."  We heard and soon the voice was gone. We walked outside at the back end of the boat.

"Hey Aura." Roman called.

"Yes" I looked at him. He looked at me. My eyes went wide.

"No" I said.

"What" He said.

"I know what's going on in your head" I said.

"This is the only way" He said.

"But this is dangerous" I replied taking step back.

"You know how to swim." He asked.

"Yes, but we are in middle of water and we don't know how much far we are of the coast." I said.

"Just a kilometre away. Can you swim 1 km?" He said.

"I don't know. I just won first prizes in 500 metre race." I said.

"Jump before they catch you." He said as we heard someone.

"Come" I asked. But Roman didn't jump.
