Emily POV

My time with Randy had passed by far quicker than either of us had liked and now I was getting ready to leave Randy to visit my Uncle Glenn.

However Randy wasn't making things easy for me, as fast as I was packing my stuff he was pulling it back out of the case and throwing it across the room, I found it both cute and annoying.

"Come on baby please" he pouts

"I have to go" I chuckle "Uncle Glenn is expecting me"

"Tell him you're sick, tell him we got stuck somewhere, tell him anything just stay here with me" he pleads

"I promised him Randy" I say picking up the sweater he had just thrown "and I always keep my promises"

"But I need you more then he does" he says quite literally giving me the pet lip

"Come on now, am I dating a man or a baby?" I laugh "we will be together soon enough when you get home"

"I know I've just loved having you with me" he says pulling me into his arms "I'm not ready to let you go"

"How about this" I say taking his face in my hands "when you go back on the road again after your time at home I'll come with you for a couple of weeks"

"For real?" He smiles and I nod "I'd love that"

With my stuff finally packed I head out to the rental car I had arranged for myself when we got here and put my case in the trunk.

"Have fun with your Uncle Glenn" he says "I love you"

"I love you too" I say giving him a quick kiss "and I'll see you at home"

Pulling up outside Uncle Glenns I had barely got out of the car when he appeared with Aunty Crystal by his side.

"There's my favourite god daughter" he says giving me one of his big bear hugs

"I'm your only god daughter" I chuckle "hi aunty Crystal" I smile giving her a hug

"You get more beautiful everytime I see you" she says hugging me back "I see the love of a good man is doing wonders for you"

"Good news travels fast huh" I say literally looking up at my 7ft god father

"Hey we were all happy you two finally got your assessment in gear and got together" he laughs "and I'm glad to see you so happy"

"I am happy, in fact after you got rid of Kim Randy asked me to move in with him" I smile

"Congratulations kiddo" he smiles "so what's next wedding bells or the pitter patter of tiny feet?"

"Well if you asked Randy he'd say tiny feet" I laugh "but I'll take whatever comes"

"I was expecting him to come by and say hello" he says looking around "don't tell me he's still scared of me?" He asks

"What did you do?" Crystal asks

"Randy took me to the mall not long after we first met, he promised everyone he would take good care of me" I say "he got swept up in a crowd of fans got sidetracked and left me there"

"When Mark saw him without Em he went mad" Uncle Glenn chuckles "I calmed him down and took Randy to oneside and told him to go back and get her, later that night there was a storm, I got someone to let me into his room, he heard me come in and started asking who was there and then a big bolt of lightening lit up the room with me stood at the foot of his bed in full kane gear, poor kid damn near shit himself" he laughs

"Oh Glenn" Crystal says shaking her head with a smile "while I agree he shouldn't have left her there, you didn't have to terrify the poor guy, I want to meet this him one day"

"Oh you will don't worry" I smile

Uncle Glenn grabs my bags still laughing and heads into the house and I follow behind with Crystal. It had been so long since I had been here but absolutely nothing had changed.

"Well you go get yourself settled and I'll start on dinner" she says heading to the kitchen.

Uncle Glenn shows me to my room and leaves me to settle in, grabbing my phone I decide to call Randy and let him know I got here alright.

"Hey baby" he says answering the call "how was your drive?"

"It was fine" I say "I've just arrived, Uncle Glenn was disappointed you weren't here with me"

"Em I can't sleep during a storm thanks to that guy" he says

"Well Aunty Crystal wants to meet you one day" I say "so you're going to have to face him at some point"

"Alright I will just not this time" he says

"Thank you" I say "I love you"

"I love you too baby, I miss you so much" he sighs

"I miss you too" I say "I have to go I'll call you tomorrow"

"Have fun baby speak soon" he says

Ending the call I can't help but smile, for the first time in along time I am truly happy, I have Randy and we can finally be together without anything or anyone getting in our way.
