Bill honestly wondered how he ended up in this town, and the chief constable of all roles, his whole life he was a fairly A student, sometimes he would dip into a B but that was the lowest he would go, so while he wasn't valedictorian of his class, he was going somewhere.

He studied hard is whole life, well practically most of it, he had once dreamed of becoming a lawyer and was well on his way to becoming one, then he went to that party and his whole life changed.

Like every fairytale story, she caught Bill's eye, it was hard not to when she puked all over him. He took her home and left her to clean up, funnily enough she soon became a regular in his life, she was at the coffee shop, then in his lectures, in the library all very common places for a student to go, but now rather than her becoming a background charecter, she was slowly climbing the ranks, and much like any story would go they dated, everyone though they were cute, they had sex, she got pregnant, and went in to a coma. All very common, except the comma one, or at least in Bill's case.

So like any person would he dropped out of school, and at the same time the police force were hiring, so like an idiot he joined and has been stuck ever since. His girlfriend woke up and they ended up married and went on to have another kid.

So to sum it, Bill regrets going to that party and helping his wife, maybe he wouldn't have found love but at least he wouldn't be part of the police force. Bill picked this town because nothing happened, the snobby pricks gossiped and gambled, and that was about it, there was practically nothing to worry about, so the annoyance when he came back to find, there had been a poisoning, an attempted murder both to the same person, and a famous musicians dog was drugged. He should have never came back.

"Mr Malik, I do understand your concern, I know how much your dog means to you and your fans but my officers who deal with this crime are currently occupied in finding the person who poisoned Miss Parker, however since you request urgency, I can have two officers who recently joined that can work on the case."

"It's not really a case, it's quite clear cut, there is only one person who did it"

"As you wish"

Bill called the new police officers, he didn't want to put them on a case, they tended to make an even bigger mess of things than possible but since he insisted he called officers King and Brooke to his office and brief them on the case.

"Mr Malik, this is Officer King and this is Officer Brooke, they'll be the ones who are in charge of your case. I'll leave you in their hands"

"I don't think, I know Isabella drugged my dog"

"Which Isabella are you talking about? Isabella Grace or Isabella Fontana"

"Don't forget Isabella Claire, she makes the best coffee in town"

"I could never forget her, her poor husband was bitten by a shark on holiday, apparently the lifeguard saved him"

"Are you done with your gossip, I don't know her surname just that she has a shop, are you even qualified, you didn't even ask me what happen around the time he was pronounced dead or anything"

"Right, what happened?"

"I took rhino on a walk and we stopped outside a plant shop, we went in and that's where I met Isabella, she took rhino of his leash and when it was time to go I found him by the tomatoes and he couldn't do anything, I took him to the vet and they tried to save him, he had cardiac arrest due to cocaine and the only place that he went to was that shop"
