The New Captain of squad three

Soul society, Main hall of squad one

Captain, a term revered and sought after by almost every soul reaper. Those who held the title of Captain were in charge of one of the thirteen court guard squads. With the title of Captain a certain set of rules and responsibilities were excepted to be followed.

Currently the honor bound captain of squad six, Kuchiki Byakuya, was standing with his fellow captains in the captains meeting room. Feeling irritated by the lack of respect from this new captain.

All Captain Byakuya knew about the new Captain was the fact he was the new Captain of squad three, and Captain's, Komamura Sajin of squad seven, and Kyōraku Shunsui of squad eight, had been the ones along with the head Captain Commander to have over seen his Captains Proficiency Test.

Beyond that, nothing was known about the mysterious new member. No one seemed to have any information about him, which was a concern.

"Honestly as a Captain you'd think he'd be here on time," Ise Nanao, the lieutenant of squad eight said to no one in mind.

All the current active Captains and their lieutenants were present to greet the new Captain. Naturally the lieutenants were standing behind their Captain's.

The only exceptions to this were Hisagi Shūhei of squad nine, and Kira Izuru of squad three. Both men stood behind the empty spots where their Captains would be waiting if they had one.

Byakuya had to agree with Nanao, it was highly inappropriate for the new captain to be late. He considered it highly disrespectful to the other Captains and their divisions, for not being on time.

"Captain Kuchiki, I'm afraid if this new captain doesn't show up soon the Head captains going to burn us all to a crisp, " lieutenant Abarai Renji whispered. 

The head Captain was currently gripping his cane so hard it was a wonder it hadn't splintered into a thousand splinters and killed them all.

Suddenly just as everyone was waiting for the Head Captain to unleash his fury upon the Captains and lieutenants who were present their was a knock at the entrance of the room.

"Enter immediately," The head Captain practically roared out, his tone making Kotetsu Isane, the lieutenant of squad four shiver out of fear.

Suddenly the doors opened, standing their was a young man no one had seen before. The man entered the room with his head bowed.

"My most Sincerest apologies, my most noblest comrades of the Gotei 13 for my late arrival. I'm afraid I got lost on my way here".

The moment the man spoke, lieutenants kira, Hisagi, Abarai, and Matsumoto, immediately recognized him. However when the man stood up and smiled sheepishly it was then that a certain Ōmaeda realized who he was.

"HEY YOUR THE WEIRDO FROM EARLIER AREN'T YOU," Ōmaeda shouted rather loudly while pointing a finger at the man.

"Uh... heh yeah guess I am, uh... pleasure too see you again lieutenant," the man said rather awkwardly while mentally sweat dropping.

"Ōmaeda, what exactly do you think your doing," asked the Captain of squad two, and head of the stealth force, Soi Fon. The women had a irritated look on her face and her fist clenched.

"I know your a massive imbecile and a moron but surely you know better then to act in such a manner that would shame not only the second division but as well as my self, now don't you".

  Ōmaeda immediately paled, "I'm sorry Captain please ignore me," he said putting his hands together in a pleading motion.

"Heh, it's honestly quiet alright Captain Soi Fon. I don't mind one bit," The mysterious man said scratching the back of his head.

"Enough, please state your name at once," The head Captain said sternly.

The man nodded running his hand through his black hair, "Right, of course Head Captain. Greetings ya'll, I'm pleased to make your acquaintance, my name's Suzuki Asora, the new Captain of squad three, I hope we can all get along, and that I can restore the honor of squad three.

Izuru looked startled by this strange man wearing the Captain's haori bearing the squad three crest. Their was something about him that seemed off.  While a part of him wanted to just brush it up to the past, he couldn't quiet shake this feeling he had.

"Alright then, Since your so late we will conclude this meeting of the captains, please return to your respective squad barracks at once," the Head Captain ordered.

As the other Captains and lieutenants left, Captain Suzuki smiled and placed a hand on Izuru's shoulder.

"Well lieutenant Kira, shall we take our leave, I'm excited to meet the rest of the squad.  Oh, and I do hope we can get along as well".

Despite the fact there was something in the pit of his stomach telling him to run, that something was wrong, Izuru forced a smile.

"Yes let's... Captain Suzuki".
