When the three soul reapers retuned to the Urahara Shōten, they were meet with Kisuke Urahara standing outside for them.

"My, my, you three sure got back in a hurry, I don't recall Tessai ringing the dinner bell", Kisuke said in a sing song teasing voice, hiding behind his paper fan.

Kisuke's face suddenly got serious and he closed his paper fan. Leering from under his hat, he spoke, "So, was it one of the ones from before, or a new group"?

Captain Suzuki nodded, "The arrancar we encountered did not match any details from the data we received back in the soul society. Furthermore the one who fought against the two lieutenants is ability's also did not match any information we received either.

Kisuke nodded, "I see, and what ability was that"?

Renji spoke, "He was able to completely disappear and hid his presence, we couldn't sense his reiatsu at all during the fight, even when he was right in front of us. It was like he could erase his existence completely".

"He wasn't actually disappearing like that lieutenant," Captain Suzuki said interrupting Renji. "In actuality the arrancar was getting out of your line of vision, I saw him hide behind buildings and things like that. However you are right about his reiatsu, even I couldn't sense it. I've never seen such an ability before".

Izuru nodded, "I thought Hollow's could only hid their reiatsu while they were in their Garganta".

Kisuke nodded, "Typically yes, other wise at least a small trace of their reiatsu should be present. The fact they can completely cut it off is unsettling. While I'm sure some can, if he was attacking while hiding it that would be bothersome".

"So, it was an arrancar then, we should have intervened," Captain Hitsugaya said walking into the room, along with Rangiku, Ikkaku, and Yumichika.

Captain Suzuki game them a stern look, "Yes, you should have been there instead of lollygagging  like a bunch of children with nothing better to do".

Captain Hitsugaya shot Captain Suzuki a accusing look, "And what's that supposed to mean exactly," he sighed crossing his arms and closing his eyes, "We were told by lieutenant Abarai, that he and lieutenant Kira could handle the situation, and there for acted accordingly, it is not the duty of the thirteen court guard to babysit fellow members especially  lieutenant level soul reapers".

Captain Suzuki smiled an eerie closed eye smile that sent chills down the soul reapers spines, "If that was the case Captain, then lieutenant Kira and I wouldn't have been sent to 'babysit' you and your men. As soul reapers dealing with enemy's with the power to force a captain to not only call for a Gentei Kaijo, but to also release their bankai I do believe calls for us too work together and to put foolish pride aside," Captain Suzuki opened his eyes slightly and dropped his smile, "Unless you'd rather be a dead prideful fool, who will be remembered as a coward who allowed his comrades to die for nothing".

Captain Hitsugaya immediately released his spiritual pressure, "If I wanted the opinion of a newbie I'd ask, since your new you clearly have no sense of pride or honor, I feel sorry for the third division".

Captain Suzuki released his spiritual pressure as well, "I suggest you watch your mouth and mind your own business and keep your nose out of my division, unless you want the squad ten captain's seat to be vacant".

The tension was becoming too much to handle however the two captain's spiritual pressure was so great that the other soul reapers were frozen in place, unable to move an inch, using every ounce of their own spiritual pressure to just stand and barely breath.

Suddenly Kisuke snapped his fan shut, "Alright then, how about we all sit down for some dinner and clam down," Kisuke's voice lowered and he gave a warning look from under his hat, "Or I'll be more then happy to remind you both that you are guest's in MY home," Kisuke warned in a threatening tone.

The two Captain's spiritual pressure's dispersed and the other soul reapers breathed a sigh of relief.

"I'm afraid I don't have time for this, I need to give the head captain my report, another time," Hitsugaya said turning around and using flash step to vanish.

Rangiku sighed, "I better go help him, I'll see you all later," She nodded to captain Suzuki and used flash step her self.

"Right then shall we," Kisuke said hiding behind his fan smiling.

"Why not were already here anyway," Ikakku said shrugging.

As they turned to follow Kisuke, Ikkaku stopped, "Captain Suzuki... may I have a word please".

Captain Suzuki smiled, "Certainly Madarame, what is it"?

"Well... I just wanted to suggest for you to bite your tongue and be more mindful of what you say. You are new the newest captain... and the other's are more experienced then you. To be honest, had you mouthed off to our captain, captain Zaraki would have left you on the ground bleeding".

Captain Suzuki laughed much to the surprise of the other soul reapers and Kisuke and his cohorts.

"I assure you third seat Madarame I am more then capable of defending my self. Further more I was selected to be a captain to be a captain, not to bow down and wimpier like a scolded puppy when it comes to my fellow captains. Now then shall we go to dinner, or would you rather passively threaten me Madarame"?

Ikkaku nodded, "I meant no disrespect captain, and I hope to one day bare witness to the power of your that granted you the seat of captain".

At his words, captain Suzuki looked down casted, and shook his head, a rather sad look on his face, "Trust me Madarame... it's best you don't".

Ikkaku was confused as were Renji, Yumichika, and Izuru, but the four of them shrugged it off and followed Kisuke to the other room.

"Captain are you alright," Rangiku asked, looking at her captain who was texting something on his soul pager.

Captain Hitsugaya shook his head, "earlier when I was arguing with Suzuki it looked like we were evenly matched correct"?

Rangiku nodded looking confused, "Yes captain why are you bringing it up"?

Captain Hitsugaya shook his head, "We were not matched, in fact I was having to use my full spiritual pressure to fight his off and the bad thing was... he was holding back the whole time".

Rangiku's eyes widened, "What? your joking... aren't you captain"?

Hitsugaya shook his head and looked at Rangiku, "I'm afraid not, listen I need you to request information on captain Suzuki, anything, from what district he's from to which squad he was previously in, I need to figure out if he's trustworthy able or if he's a threat".

Rangiku nodded, "Yes sir right away".

Captain Hitsugaya sighed and looked at his pager, 'I don't know what your hiding... but I'm going to find out'.
