An introduction to my mind.

Here is my story.
It's starts with me. I guess stories always do, because we want to put something of ourselves into them.
We want to feel the emotion, and learn from the mistakes, and maybe, just maybe, a small part of us wants to be in the book.
I always dreamed of being in a book.
My name is Alexandra. Or Alex. I won't have an identity crisis if you call me either. Having the pleasure of being a fourteen year old girl in England, I go to high school.
I like school.
It's a nice distraction between weekends, a way to say, "At least I won't get bored."
I hated the uniform, though. Who in their right mind would wear an ill-fitted shirt, a too-tight skirt and a god-damn ugly blazer?
I hated it. Uniform.
Why should we conform? Why?
I didn't ask to be cloned, thank you.
It's laughable really. We're put into an institution that says to be ourselves and be our own masters, while they shove us into uniform, walls if rules and tight schedules. All the while the parents can't wait for us to realise how lucky we are.
We do realise.
Honest.

You just need to trust us.
