"Uh... H-hi I'm Clyde. I'm f-fine , thank you and you?"
What?
Is he mocking me?!
"Ano ba 'yan. Iyon lang ang kaya kong sabihin sa ingles," he muttered to himself which I still heard.
Ah. I understand now. This person can't comprehend what I'm saying and doesn't know how to speak in foreign language.
"Anong ginagawa mo dito?" I asked in Filipino for him to understand.
His eyes lit up as I spoke in the language that he knows.
"May hinahanap lang kasi ako," he sheepishly said.
What? Hinahanap? What does he think of me?
I scoffed, "Yeah right. Nakita kitang kumuha ng jewelries ko." I enunciated.
I got too pissed just standing and he's not answering too, so I absentmindedly threw the pepper spray in his head.
Headshot.
He shrieked and his hand flew to the spot where the spray had hit him. With his widened eyes, he stared at me with disbelief.
The problem now is that I currently don't have anything to defend myself, now that the spray is at his side. Stupid hand.
I erased the negative thoughts from entering. I know how to defend myself even without it.
"Para saan 'yon?" he asked with incredulity.
"Isauli mo 'yung kinuha mo kanina," I said looking at his bulky pockets.
His eyes landed where I'm staring and smirked.
"Paano kung ayaw ko?" he teased.
His words went inside my head and struck a nerve.
My feet traveled towards him. When he saw me approaching him, he put his hands in front to defend himself but I shoved it away. My elbow striked his jawline.
I placed my palm in front, asking for the jewelries.
He caressed his jawline, he's obviously in pain.
"Grabe ka na talaga," he commented.
I continued glaring at him. Does this guy have an intention to return the things he stole?
He looked at my palm and placed his hand there.
"Bobo ka ba?" I questioned him. I'm getting pissed at this point.
"Gwapo lang," he smiled.
His hand turned mine to the opposite side.
I was left dumbfounded when he kissed the back of my hand.
His mouth formed a smirk. "Paalam Binibini," he said and winked at me before jumping down from the windows.
What just happened?
