I got ready for school. And by school I meant outside the house where I can be with the so-called classmates. My parents still don't know about me going out. I'm not lying to them. I'm just not telling them, keeping it a secret.
Clyde went to pick me up and this time, we didn't sneak inside but instead we entered the same way the students went in.
My brows knitted when we arrived in the classroom. The people inside are in chaos. I walked inside with confusion present in my face.
I went to my seat and placed my bag.
"Uy Clyde, gagawan tayo ng ID ngayon kaya mag ayos ka."
I turned around to see Noah dragging Clyde away.
My eyes darted to Marielle who's putting on lipstick. She noticed that I was staring and mouthed "What?".
I rolled my eyes and went to the mirror to brush my hair. The others are also fixing themselves.
Thankfully, Clyde and I went to buy materials for school yesterday. We're not empty handed now. Though we argued about who's going to pay, we ended up paying for our own stuff. I'm just wondering if there's still a penny left with Clyde.
My eyes darted at the lipstick in front of me. I looked up to see whose hand it was and saw Marielle.
I took and scanned it.
"Para sa'n 'tong lipstick?" I asked.
"It's liptint," she corrected and got another tint in her pocket, "Cheek tint," she informed me. "If you won't put those, you'll look like a pale person in your ID."
I was left in a daze. Why is she caring? But I guess it's her responsibility to check that everyone's good. She's the Vice president after all.
"The thing is..." I trailed off and hesitated if I'll tell her or not. "I don't know how to use these," I admitted.
She raised her brow after hearing me, shocked.
"Really?" she asked in surprise.
I nodded as a response.
"Then I'll just put them for you," she insisted which left me bewildered.
Maybe something good happened to her.

As usual the canteen is crowded with students every lunch time but I'm amazed at how quiet the place is.
"Favorite mo ba ang hoodie Clyde?"
I darted my eyes to Noah who just asked a question. He probably asked that since Clyde always wears a hoodie and by always I mean literary everyday.
"Komportable kasi," he replied while eating.
I frowned. Why does he have to eat with his mouth open?
"Close your mouth when you're eating," I whispered to him, leaning.
He nodded and did what I just told him to. He can understand english a bit now which made me proud.
"Uhm..." I spoke which made them look at my direction. "Ba't ka nag sinungaling?" I asked Ken.
They looked at Ken.
"Yeah. Hindi naman kayo magkaibigan," Marielle stated.
Ken took a sip of his drink before answering us with the most baffling reply.
"I don't know. I just wanted to," he said and shrugged.
"Ang dali namang maniwala ng teachers niyo," Clyde remarked.
