I awoke early the next day, shocked to find Hermione sat at the end of my bed.
"Hey!" She said cheerfully. Her eyes bright with excitement.
"Hey?" I sat up stiffly, "what's got you awake so early?" I asked, running my eyes of the remaining sleep.
"Where we're you last night?" Her question caught me by surprise and I glanced around the room. Only seeing body shape mounts on the beds I whispered.
"No where, what do you mean?"
"I saw you sneak out!" her voice loud, causing some of the sleeping girls to stir.
"Shh..." I hissed at her, leaning forwards I sighed.
"I went down to the infirmary." I admitted, Hermione's eyes clouded with confusion.
"Why?" She asked bluntly.
"Oliver woke up, after me and Harry had left, and went bloody mental." I whispered, Hermione raised her eyebrows at me.
"Bloody mental? You've been spending to much time with Ron." She laughed, before turning serious.
"So why did you go?" she asked pulling her legs up to sit crossed-legged on my duvet.
"He was calling for me." I sighed looking down at my hands. "I promised him I wouldn't leave, so when he woke up and I wasn't there-"
"He went 'bloody mental'?" she finished, making air quotes with her fingers. I nodded.
"What did he do?" her thirst for knowledge didn't stop at books, Hermione loved to hear gossip. Yet never passed it on, except maybe to me.
"He smashed up the infirmary, knocked over beds, threw mattresses, smashed potions." I listed, as Hermione's eye widened.
"It's a wonder he's still here after doing all that." She gasped.
"It wasn't his fault, it was the potion he had taken." I defended.
"I did some research on the Bone-regenerating potion, after I took it to heal my leg." I began, Hermione nodded for me to continue.
"Well the night I took it, I noticed that the smallest things began to annoy me. So I looked into it to see if it was caused by the potion. Turns out that, the medicine enhances any emotion felt by tue person before it is taken. Such as annoyance." I finished, Hermione thought for a second.
"Or jealousy, possessiveness and anger. In Oliver's case?" I nodded, but my mind was in over drive.
"Jealousy?" I asked finally and Hermione sighed.
"Don't tell me you haven't noticed." She rolled her eyes at my blank expression. "Oliver become a green-eyed monster whenever he sees you with another boy, especially when your with Harry." I shook my head in disbelief, Harry was my friend and nothing more.
"You've got to admit Anna. Your pretty...hands on when it come to Harry." I gasped.
"I am not!" I squealed, throwing a pillow at my only real, female friend.
"Oh come on," she giggled. "Your constantly hugging or holding hands. Leaning over one another or have an arm wrapped around each other as you walk down the hallways."
"Ok, Ok. I get the picture." I laughed as she threw the pillow back.
"I mean it's no wonder he get jealous really, when you two act as if your dating." She sighed. I smiled at the thought, me and Harry, as a couple. Quickly shaking the thought from my mind, I jumped from the bed, it was Sunday and I was going to go down to the barn, to see Grace. I quickly got dressed and Hermione mirrored me.
