"She couldn't get him out of her head."

I returned to my hotel, wore my pajamas, did my skincare routine and went to bed. However my thoughts didn't leave me alone. I kept replaying my date with Charles over and over again. I was looking forward to seeing him tomorrow and especially to go for drinks with him. And yet I couldn't figure out what he found in me. I was sure that he had met more beautiful and kind girls than me. That man was complicated but I liked a good mystery. After 30' I was finally able to sleep peacefully.

10:00am and my alarm started ringing. I got up with such energy and I started getting ready. I put on a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie and headed downstairs to the bouffe to have breakfast. Today I was hungry as hell but I chose two croissants and of course a glass of orange juice which was my favourite. I ate my delicious breakfast on the balcony today admiring the view. I finished quite quickly so I returned to my room.

I wanted to go shopping today in order to buy a small gift for Charles to thank him for having dinner with me.  But first I put on my pair of shorts and my white T-shirt and lastly
my sneakers. Today I didn't want to wear makeup so I only applied a thin layer of mascara. I grabbed my car keys and went to the parking lot. Now it was time to go to the shops.

After an hour of searching I finally found a store I liked and got inside. I was browsing slowly losing my hope to find anything when I saw a black ring. From that moment I knew I had to buy him that. It would suit him perfectly and it would also make him even more attractive. I paid for the ring and left. Thankfully the woman in the shop put the ring in a nice leather box and after that inside a small bag.

Later I decided to go for coffee as I had one hour until the Grand Prix started. I went to the same cafe as yesterday and ordered the same Cappuccino. I sat there for probably 30' when I thought it was the perfect time to go to the circuit.

After 10' I arrived at the circuit, passed security and found my seat. Soon after the Grand Prix began and I was on edge the whole time. I wanted him to win so bad. He deserved it and also I didn't want to see him sad.

"And Charles Leclerc wins the Monaco Grand Prix!". The moment I heard those words I felt happier than I had ever been in my entire life. I couldn't believe it. He won in his home race. I was so proud of him. However I decided to leave after some time because journalists had to interview the drivers. But as I was walking behind the pits I felt a hand tapping my shoulder. I turned only to look at Charles.

"Oh my God Charles, congratulations. I couldn't be prouder. You deserved it" I said. "Thank you Anna. I appreciate it. But about the drinks tonight what do you think if we meet at the Apollonio Hotel at 9:30?" "I actually stay there so it sounds fantastic" "Oh I didn't know, that's amazing. See you tonight then" "Goodbye Charles" "Goodbye Anna".

I would be really seeing him tonight. I returned to the hotel with a huge smile and decided to rest until the big time came.

"She didn't know that this man would change her life forever."
