I tighten my grip on the bow and face the targets.
Taehyung placed a basic wooden arrow in my hand and all he said was, "shoot" and stepped back to where he stood before hand. I blinked at him a few times while I registered his words, that's it?

I slowly lifted my confused gaze from his and walked in front of a target. I moved my body to the side and held the bow up, sliding an arrow against the bow. I took a deep breath and tried to focus on the target specifically on the middle of it. I pulled back the drawstring of the bow and let go. The arrow sped through the air, completely and utterly missing the target.

Taehyung gives a small laugh forcing me to throw him a glare. "C'mon now it was your first time, now we know how to help you. Let me show you." He says walking towards the target, I raise an eyebrow trying to hide my embarrassment.

Taehyung pulls the arrow out of the wall, which was painfully far away from the target. He grabs the bow from me and stands in front of the target, stance way more stable and professional than mine, he throws a quick glance at Kacey before shoving the arrow against the bow with ease and holds it up, he pulls it back and let's go. We all watch as the arrow slices through the air and impales the target dead in the middle.

We all clap astonished at the speed and efficiency that he did that with.

"Yes well done Tae, but now let's teach them" Yoongi says grabbing the bow from him and walking towards me. "I'm going to try and say this in the nicest way, there were so many things you were doing wrong; don't get me started on your stance"

"Ouch, tough love" Charli whispers from next to me.
"Tell me about it" I whisper back before Yoongi reaches me.

He hands me the bow and arrow and helps me stand in the correct position. He lines my body up so I'm perpendicular to the target. "If you're right eye is more dominant, then hold the bow in your left hand and point your left shoulder to the target.." He says and I do so. "..Good, then hold the arrow in your right hand and pull it up against the string of the bow" I continue to follow his steps as he shifts my figure ever so slightly to get my positioning correct.
"Now stand up straight and keep your feet shoulder width apart, keep your back straight but your pelvis pushed slightly forward so that when you pull the string, your arms and shoulders form a 'T' shape" He says slightly tapping my back forcing me to stand up straighter and slightly move my hips. "Your stance should be comfortable enough for you to stand in it for a long period of time, yet alert and light" He slightly pushes my arms higher to form a straight line. "Okay now the stance is great. Next point your bow down and attach an arrow to the string." He helps me attach the back of the arrow to the string.
"Now, use three fingers; two to keep the arrow up and in place while the other helps pull the string back then point it up at your target" He says softly and patiently as I do as he says. "Hold it properly so you can see down the spine of the arrow at your target" I slightly shift the position of the bow. "Great, now pull back the drawstring, take a deep breath to level yourself and let go" He finishes off before crossing his arms and begins to analyse me.

I take a deep breath and align the bow and arrow with the target remembering everything Yoongi had told me. I take a deep breath after pulling the string back, soon after, I let go and watch the arrow break away from the bow and crash into the target, not the middle though, maybe 5 centimetres away from it. I sigh but turn to Yoongi to see him flashing me his gummy smile, "Good job, that was good for your second time. Keep practicing" He then walks off to help Charlotte. Slightly proud of myself just by the way he spoke to me, it gives me motivation to carry on, so I do.

I look over at Kacey as she shouts "YES!" enthusiastically before hugging Taehyung who was laughing at her, she had finished her step-by-step training with Tae and had hit the target, I smile at her and return my gaze back to my target.

After about 30 minutes, Yoongi and Taehyung pull us away from the bow and arrows to show us how to use knives, swords and guns. They both give us a 5-10 minute walk through of them and supervise us as we start to randomly slice through the air and at dummies, or aim at different targets with the guns, wearing the proper gear to prevent us any harm.

We also spend some time on how to use our environment to our advantage, by grabbing a nearby vase, chair or lamp. They give us ideas on different ways to use daily objects as weapons; never knew a mop could cause this much harm.

They were so encouraging the whole time, giving us thumbs ups or nods of approval. If something we did was wrong they would tell us straight away even if it was the smallest thing, and then they would help us fix it. Though, we would repeat specific moves and hold stances for what felt like a million years until it was good, no, excellent enough for their approval to move on.

After a couple of hours Taehyung lead us to some couches. Me and the girls all flopped down exhausted.

"That's all for today, you all did great! You can now go and rest and do whatever till tomorrow when you have your combat and physical training with Jimin and Jungkook" Taehyung says looking at Yoongi as he walks over to the door and opens it, gesturing for us to take our leave. We thank them and zombie walk all the way back to our bedrooms.
