Oh, should I rewrite Maid for Chaos? I've been thinking about it.

You looked up at the castle in surprise and awe. You had gotten a letter telling you that you had to stay here, but it didn't go into detail.

You were just a simple girl from the village at the base of the castle.. Why would they possibly want you to live here?

Maybe your late parents knew something you didn't. Maybe you would get your answers if you stepped inside?

Your hands shook with nerves. You felt so underdressed. You were going to stay with royalty and.. Your dress was covered in patches.

You didn't even knock before a man stepped out and bowed to you. "Ah, lady l/n. We've been expecting you."

He was a man with grey streaks through his hair and he wore a fine suit. He must be a servant.

"I shall take your things to your room, please make your way to the throne room. It is to the left." He says, taking your bags and disappearing down a hallway.

You keep your arms behind your back as you slowly made your way into the castle.

A few maids passed you with feather dusters, a few of them bowed their heads to you.

You silently waved back to them, unsure what to do or how to respond.

"Hiii!!"

You jump at the sudden voice and quickly turn to look behind you. Your eyes widen at the monster in front of you.

Monsters always lived a more luxurious life then humans, humans feared them and the power they held. And the four princes were no different.

This monster was a skeleton, with massive transparent wings that seemed to sparkle in the sunlight from the window.

He had a light sky blue gem on the center of his skull with a golden cloud like crown.

His bright blue eyes seemed to sparkle as he looked down at you from his height.

"You must be miss y/n! I've heard so much about you! You are so much prettier in person!" He grins, nearly shaking your arm out of socket.

"I'm Alistair! The prince of wind!" He beams, fluttering out his wings for you.

Your eyes widen and you quickly do a clumsy curtsy for him. "Oh goodness! Your majesty, I'm terribly sorry if I'm intruding I was invited here and-" You ramble.

"Aw! Its okay! You worry too much. Are you lost? I can help you find the throne room!" Alistair smiles sweetly, giving you a gentle pat on the shoulder.

He takes your hand in his and quickly takes you down the hallway, he was quick on his feet.

How old was he? He acted like a kid in a candy shop with how happy he was to see you.

When he suddenly stopped, you had bumped into his back, causing a few feathers to get stuck in your hair. He just laughs when you mumble a quick 'sorry'.

"Is that her? Move this instant so we can get a good look at her." A gruff voice commands in a harsh manor.

Alistair takes a step to the side and let's go of your hand, he tucks his arms behind his back with a joyful smile.
