in which Clarissa Hargrove gets roped into a crazy extraterrestrial experience, and falls for the powerful girl who is going to save their butts
plots
While Clarissa is very bright and happy, her life's not as perfect as she makes it out to be. She lives in constant fear of her abusive father, and has ashtma. She hasn't had an asthma attack since the night her dad hit her for the first time 3 years ago, but she finds her asthma getting increasingly worse the more she gets roped into everything with the demogorgan and the Upside down.
Clarissa Hargrove and her step sister somehow find themselves battling monsters straight out of a board game. They must help them save their new friend that's become possessed by an inter-demensional creature, finding something they didn't think likely at their age along the way.
Clary grew rather exchanted by the punk-looking girl, after she saved their butts. Her beauty was undeniable, that much was clear to Clary. She felt herself growing infatuated by the girl, who she soon realized already had a connection with someone who seemed to hate Clary.
Now Clary has to keep her feelings from the girl and every one else as she spends all her time with this group of people she's grown to care very much for.
