summary
In which Dustin Henderson married Claudia Balked in 4th with nothing more than a ring pop, Mike as the priest, and Lucas as the ring-bearer.
plot
Claudia and Dustin have been married from years, even though it wasn't a real wedding. They've always loved each just a little more than normal, so they got married with a ring pop. They never started 'dating' though, they don't act like an actual couple most of the time, even though it's obvious they both want to. Claudia had been planning to kiss him for a week, but on the night she planned to do it, their best friend went missing.
The vanishing of Will Byers left a hole in the party, one they were determined to fill themselves. They set out into the woods one night to search for him, and instead found a girl in a hospital dress, who would help them greatly after that.
They spend a week searching for their friend, and when they finally find him, they lose El, and that wasn't even the rest of it. A year later the monster that caused them all so much pain reappears, not satisfied with the mark he left last time. Now they have to fight him again before he takes their friend for good, and maybe they'll be lucky enough to find someone else they lost.
