Noah really out here stealing my heart without permission. SMH

The morning sun overwhelmed my eyes as small spots of light shine brightly over my face. I peeled my eyelids open to reveal a blurry image. Soon, my vision adjusted to it's surroundings. Around me were beige painted walls with fake vines hung from the edge of each side. A small desk was placed in the very corner of the room with stacks of books piled neatly to the side. Shelves full of potted plants were scattered all around the walls with beautiful placement. Behind me, a large window with posters of my favourite kdramas outlining the frame. Below me, stood a double sized bed with fairy lights tangled around the backboard.

Where in the world-

"[y/n], breakfast is ready." A beautiful voice sung from downstairs.

Cautiously, I stood from the bed and walked over to the door. I saw my reflection in the mirror hung from the door. I don't remember the last time I stood Infront of a mirror. After everything, I just stopped caring for my appearance as no one really cared for theirs.

"[y/n], please hurry or we will be late."

Be late? Late for what? I hurried out the door as my curiosity got the best of me, completely forgetting how I got here at all. A strong aroma of breakfast attacked my face as soon as I entered the kitchen. Anyone could probably sense my excitement from a mile away considering how I was almost jumping up and down just for the hypnotizing smell. I practically leaped into a seat at the table as the woman placed mountains of pancakes with bacon and scrambled eggs down. I stretched my hand across the table for a piece of bacon when I caught a quick glimpse of the woman's face.

"Mom, i-is that you?" My heart ached for I hadn't seen my mother in... Well I don't remember how long.

"Well of course it's me honey, who else would I be?" She asked, a bright smile like no other.

I mumbled a small nothing and walked up to her. I pulled her into a tight hug, the feeling reminded me of my childhood. She was surprised by my actions but quickly relaxed into the hug.

"Come on now, you have to get ready."
She whispered in a soft tone.

"Ready for what?" I questioned, genuinely curious.

"You will see, now hurry along. I left a dress sitting on your bed." And with that, she hurried me into my bedroom.

What on earth, I don't see a dress.

As soon as I spoke those seven words, a mysterious white mist clouded my bed. I stretched my hand out into the mist. It felt cold, but welcoming. Suddenly the white colours faded into nothingness, leaving a marvelous dress laying on the surface of the sheets.
