Chapter 11

Americ's POV

After an hour of answering their questions ay pare-pareho kaming natahimik ng ilang saglit.

"How could they do this kind of thing? Kanina pa kumukulo ang dugo ko sa totoo lang." Biglang komento ni Apollo habang itinatabi ang mga folder na iyon sa mesa. I should burn those down.

 Mahirap na kapag bigla na namang sumulpot dito si Thorn.

I will take the revenge that he want not because I'm still madly in love with him but because I felt the pain that Carol have to go through before she died, ganoon rin kay Angelica. 

I'm still a woman, and if they think they succeeded in killing a weak lady like Carol and Angelica, they should watch out for a vengeful woman like me.

I won't let them live their life properly after this. I will not kill them, I will just make them feel the pain that they caused me to the point that they will beg for us to end their lives. 

Of course I will not let that happen, bubuhayin ko sila sa kahit na anong paraan and let them live in hell for the rest of their life or even after death. 

Si Lucifer na ang bahala sa kanila.

"Wouldn't that be too dangerous for you?" Nag-aalalang ani ni Adler. I shake my head as my answer.

"The organization will do all the work for me. You remember the day Mr. Lucchese asked for my presence in his company? He wanted me to wish for any gift that he could give to us and I asked for this." Pag-amin ko. Kita ko naman ang pagkalma ng ekspresyon nito.

"I will just wait for their update on what day they will execute the plans. Makakaganti na rin ako sa mga hayop na yun." Nangigigil na usal ko. Hanggang ngayon ay nanunuot pa rin sa mga kalamnan ko ang labis na pagkamuhi sa mga walang pusong nilalang na kagaya nila. 

"Don't worry, matatapos din lahat ng 'to Americ." This time ay ito naman ang humawak sa kamay ko. I smiled at her, dahil siya na rin mismo ang nagsabi. Matatapos rin lahat ng ito at malalampasan rin namin lahat ng pagsubok. 

"What will you do after this?" Napahinto ako sa sinabi nito makaraan ang ilang segundong pananahimik namin. Napailing ako dahil hindi ko rin naman alam, sa totoo lang ay wala pa akong plano pagkatapos kong matupad lahat ng paghihiganting nais kong gawin. 

"Hindi ko man gustong umalis but I will ask the Don to remove me from the organization." It's for my own child's safety. Hindi ako matatahimik hangga't nakadikit pa din sa pagkatao ko ang pagiging miyembro ng sindikato. 

I'm also aware that it is not easy to remove me from the mafia. Maari ring hindi I-approve ni dagen ang nais ko pero susubok pa rin ako dahil nais ko lang naman mamuhay ng tahimik pagkatapos ng lahat ng ito.  

"We understand, mas mahalaga ang anak mo sa kahit na sino americ." Tumango ako sa kanya, after spending some more minute with us ay tumayo na si Adler. Mukhang aalis na ito.

"I still need to do something. I will just come back later para pwede na akong makipag-switch kay Apollo sa pagbabantay sayo." Pagpapaalam niya, pareho naman kaming kumaway at ngumiti kay Adler ng maglakad na ito palabas ng kwarto.

"Hey, can you burn this for me?" Mahinang ani ko at ibinaling ang tingin kay Apollo. Iniabot ko ang tatlong folder na iyon sa kanya na kaagad niya rin namang kinuha.
