Ian's POV:-

I bid good bye to Mr Hadley and he asked me to visit him again and I gladly accepted. I really had a good time with them. I sat in my car and started driving towards my house. I checked my phone in my pocket but it wasn't there. I stopped the car and searched for it. But I found it in the phone holder of my car. I picked it up and turned it on. 12 missed calls from Sheila.

Crap.

I promised to have dinner with her at her house and I completely forgot about it. I called her back but her phone was turned off now.

She must be very angry.

I sighed and then started my car and went home. I Changed in my pyjamas and white T shirt and layed down on the bed. I smiled at the events of my day. First she came to fight with me and then took me to her house for coffee. I shook my head and closed my eyes.

Next morning I woke up with a different kind of spirit. As usual I went for jogging and then came home and got ready to go to the hospital. I sat in the car and I don't know why but after years I turned on music in my car and after a while I was humming with the tune.

I reached there and went to my office and checked my schedule. Outpatient was to start at 9 a.m and it was still 7 a.m. I went on rounds of the ward and came after 20 minutes. I was sitting in the chair thinking how to tell Dr Hadley that I don't dislike her. She accused me yesterday that I treat her badly because I dislike her. But little did she know. Actually I like her, I like her very much.

I was lost in my thoughts when the door to my office burst open and very furious looking Sheila entered. She came and stood near my desk and folded her arms and stared at me silently.

"Why are you so quiet?" I asked.

"I'm thinking if I should complain or not" she shook her head "and I know it won't matter because you don't care" she said in a disappointed tone.

"Come on, complain about anyone and as much as you want" I said chuckling.

"I have a complain about YOU" she said shrugging.

"Okay tell me what have I done?" I said smiling.

"You promised to have dinner with me last night" she said angrily.

"Oh God! I totally forgot" I said face palming.

"I know why you forgot about it" she said sarcastically.

"Okay. I'm sorry. Let's go on lunch today" I said to her. She still didn't look at me.

"Come on Sheila. I had a lot of work to do" I tried to justify.

"Work!" She scoffed and looked at me angrily.

"You were busy but you could have picked up my call and told me but NO you didn't even care about me. I think you were too engrossed in whatever you were doing" she said bitterly.

"Sheila why are so angry?" I asked.

"You are asking why I am angry" she shouted. I was shocked at her behaviour.

"I am angry because you didn't show up last night and now you are constantly lying to me" she said angrily and I just stared at her "when you didn't pick up my call I was worried sick about you so I called Max and he told me that you went somewhere with Dr Hadley. Where did you go with her?" She shouted.

"Sheila" I tried to calm her but she cut me off "Don't lie and accept it that you are involved with a girl who is half your age" she said angrily.

"Enough" I shouted.
