TWENTY ONE

Let's have dinner 

It had been a few days now, almost a full week, since the last missions had been handed out amongst the group. After everyone's work with inspecting the Ambition gang, it was clear that they could be trusted. Throughout the past week the Ambition gang wasn't seen doing anything suspicious or even dangerous. For the most part the group kept a very low profile, probably not wanting to be known about by any other groups. It seemed that their only goal was to take out the German mafia, or at least knock them down a peg.

After some discussion between the boys, they have decided the next step was to have the Ambition gang over to set up a deal. Jimin had suggested to the group that they should come over for dinner and everyone was pleased with the idea. So tonight the Ambition gang was to come over and eat.

"Okay I'm going to call Chloe and invite her over tonight." Emily said before exiting the meeting room. Chloe was working at the bookstore today so she was unable to be a part of the conversation, but Emily was hoping she would be available for dinner tonight. There was nothing else to do today except prepare for this dinner, which would be a lot considering the amount of people that would be eating there tonight.

Lauren had yet to mention anything to Chloe about seeing her with a member of Ambition. For all Lauren knew it could've been a simple first meeting, but she had a feeling they had known each other for a while.

"Chloe is good to come over tonight! This is going to be so nice, I haven't had a formal type dinner in so long!" Emily came back into the room excited to share the news with the boys. Jin clapped his hands together and nodded toward everyone before leaving the room with Emily to start preparing some food. Jin was actually excited to cook and asked not only Emily but also Yoongi to help him prepare the large meal. Cooking was always so fun for Jin and he thought Yoongi also loved it. However, Yoongi did mind cooking but the main reason he cooked all the time was because he thought his help made Jin happy. Across from the kitchen was the large dining room, where Namjoon stood ordering the three maknaes to set the table to his standards.

Chloe was at work when Emily had called her to invite her over for dinner. She was excited about it and was even more excited because she didn't have to work for the next couple of days. As Chloe made her way toward the front door she couldn't help but smile. She was happy to come over to her friend's house, it had started to almost feel like a second home to her. As she raised her hand to knock on the door it was quickly opened with a smiling Namjoon. Namjoon opened the door widely indicating Chloe to come in.

"Everyone is in the dining room." Namjoon spoke to Chloe with an almost unfamiliar tone, his voice was soft and quiet. The group of fellow mafia members greeted Chloe with smiles as she entered the room.

"Sit down everyone, I wanna say something before our guests arrive," Hoesok said, quickly ushering everyone into the large room. Once everyone was around the table and settled in he began to speak again. "So, today we are having the gang Ambition over for dinner. Our plan is to accept their proposal in creating an alliance and get to know each other better, since we will be working with them from now on. I expect everyone to be on their best behaviour." Hoseok said with a serious tone. Everyone nodded in agreement, not needing to add anything to his words. The group didn't sit anxiously for long before the Ambition gang had arrived at the door. Seven men stepped into the house as Namjoon opened the door. Everyone stood up from the table as the men stepped into the room.

"Hey Changmo! What are you doing here?" Chloe said excitedly once she saw the large man enter the room. Changmo looked even more shocked and confused. He looked around the room and there were a lot of eyes on them, including Namjoon's heated stare.

"I could be asking you the same thing," Changmo said to her, very confused on how all this was even happening. Chloe gave him a soft smile, but before she began to explain Namjoon spoke up.

"Okay, everyone take a seat and we can start talking over dinner." Namjoon's voice was loud, making everyone in the room acknowledge and listen to his words.

Everyone had sat down and Emily and Jin had brought out all of the food for dinner. Once everyone had settled down and started eating, Jeongguk asked the Ambition members to introduce themselves and their roles in their gang. The group all looked toward their leader, the man with the goatee they'd met earlier, before he began to speak.

"I go by The Quiett, I'm the leader of the Ambition gang and I specialize in combat." His voice was stern but not harsh or unfriendly, it was evident that he was a leader. Next up was a young looking man with long blonde hair. "My name is Ash and I have been trained in everything but I mostly work in combat," the man said and smiled softly at the rest of the table. Continuing in clockwise order, it was Changmo's turn to speak.

"My name is Changmo! I use hand guns mostly but I also do well in combat." His voice was filled with so much kindness and light, any prejudgments that anyone had made before were now crumbling. Changmo had such a large, tall, and heavy, structure to him that people easily feared him but his personality resembled a soft teddy bear. Next to speak was the shortest of the group, who sat next to Changmo who was a tower compared to himself.

"Helloo! My name is Hash Swan, I am known for my aim and sharpshooting, so I mainly use sniper rifles." The man seemed very happy, his happiness shown in his facial expressions but not as much in his voice. Beside him sat another shorter man with big ears and a goofy smile. "Hi I'm Leellamarz, I'm the group's spy and investigator!" The man's voice was filled with excitement and his eyes were naturally wide. His eyes wandered to the man beside him. The man was taller and he wore no facial expression whatsoever. Even without any facial indication, you could tell he didn't seem annoyed or anything, he just seemed content.

"My name is Hyo-Eun and I'm a medic." His voice was even less giving than his face, but it didn't come off as negative at all. Lastly sat a man wearing all black with a content look on his face.

"I'm Way ched and I'm the hacker of the group, I know almost all the ins and outs of Italy, and if I don't know it I can find it." The man spoke with a smirk on his face, happy to be sharing his talents with everyone.

After dinner, a bit later in the night everyone decided that it would be a good idea to have the Ambition gang stay over for the night so everyone can get to know each other better. Also, them staying over gave the group the opportunity to start working together early the next morning. Everyone worked together to set up a bunch of blankets, pillows, and sleeping bags in the living room for a giant sleepover.
