Suga's POV:

I started reading the book and I was so gripped by the story and the way Ah-In had described each and every event. I felt as if I was there with Bora and Ye-Jun, feeling their pain, feeling their love for each other, and feeling their bereavement which stems from their longing for each other. I could not put the book down, wanting to know what happens with both. How do they survive unendurable pain and life events?

Entire night and next day till 8 PM in the evening I was busy just reading the book. Nothing else! I didn't check messages, did not speak with anyone, or even got out of bed! Being a Sunday, it worked out perfectly. Staying in bed, reading the book, and drinking coffee!

After I finished the book, I felt so overwhelmed. I felt like I had to let my thoughts out. Usually, I have expertise in keeping things inside. But this book had such an impact, I had to speak with someone! The first and only person I could think of at the moment was RM. I didn't think anyone else around me would have an interest in such a book. I called him up to speak but he didn't answer. I left a message for him to call back.

I waited for half an hour more but no call! It suddenly occurred to me to ping Ann. She reads and writes, I think this book might be of her interest too. I decided to message her.

Annie's POV:

It was another busy day with book promotions. I had completed a book reading event followed by a book signing. I was exhausted! It didn't feel like a Sunday at all.

Exhausted I fell on the bed, didn't even bothered changing the clothes. Just as I closed my eyes, I heard a ping. It was a message for MYG.

MYG:

Hey Ann!

Ann:

Hey MYG, what's up?

MYG:

Well, I read this book and I just felt like talking to someone about it. Thought you might be interested.

Ann:

I am always interested in books. Which one did you read?

MYG:

There's a book called "Cries from the past", it is currently very popular, in fact, it is best-selling book in many countries, written by a South Korean writer.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Wait?? What??

He is talking about my book! MY BOOK! He read my book!

Is he gonna say something nice about it or is he gonna criticize it? OMG OMG!

-------------------------------------------------------------------

MYG:

You there Ann?

Ann:

Oh yeah, I am here.

Yeah, I have read that book.

MYG:

Ann, I am so taken aback by this book! It was just fantastic! I have been reading it since last night and I just couldn't put it down till I finished.

The portrayal of each character, unfolding of each event, everything was so perfect!

Wow! I mean it was so painful and yet so astounding!

----------------------------------------------------

Almost for an hour more, we spoke about the book and what the characters went through. MYG kept praising my work over and over. I was on cloud nine! I was so happy to hear everything from him.

I just wanted to tell him that it's me who wrote the book that you have been praising so much. I controlled blabbering it out with such difficulty. Hearing him talked about the book, removed all my fatigue from the day. I slept that night with such happiness and content!
