Sams POV

Felicity and I were at our desks when Oliver came back. He sat a computer next to me on the desk top.

"Hm. Let me guess." I start. "Some bad guy missing his fancy new laptop." Felicity and I open the laptop and start looking at it.

"Harold Backman, he's who Starling City's worst call when they want to launder money in the Caymans." Oliver explains standing next to me.

"Shouldn't we just turn this over to, I don't know, the IRS?" Felicity asks.

"We will, just as soon as you two return the money to the rightful owners."

"Well, it sounds like a very nice idea."I say seeing the computer screen. "Backmans files are all protected with an asymmetric encryption algorithm."

"Really? So it's gonna take a while to break in."

"Days, at least." Felicity informs him.

"Better get started, then." He walks away.

As Felicity starts working I turn in my chair and get up to start following him, "at the risk of ending up with an arrow in my eye can I ask," I start as he turns to face me. "when are you planning on making peace with Dig?"

"He's the one who left, Sam." He tells me. "I did everything I could to stop him."

"Except apologize... you promised you'd help him track down Floyd Lawton and you—"

"Made a choice that I can live with. If he can't, then I don't need him."

"Oliver—"

"I need to be back at the club. Let me know when you break in." He walks away.

"I wish someone would send me off to the Caymans." I tell Felicity walking back over to our desk.

"You and me both sister." She responds as we get to work.

Felicity and I needed to tell Oliver something so Felicity sent me upstairs to go find him.

"Oliver I need to show you what..." I start as I walk through the door seeing Laurel. "I just totally walked in on a thing, didn't I?"

"I'm sorry, Sam, what're you doing here?" Laurel asks.

"Nothing. I mean, not nothing obviously because I'm breathing. Like you are too." I continue rambling awkwardly, luckily Oliver cuts me off.

"Sam, is setting up my internet." Oliver explains.

"Router and I need to show Oliver swim thing very important related to it." I keep the lie going.

"I'll let you go, then." Laurel tells Oliver. "Thank you for the coffee and the advice."

As Oliver follows me to the back to the Arrowcave. "I'm so sorry." I apologize as I open the door.

"You're good." He tells me as we walk down the stairs. "Tell me you got in."

"Better." I tell him walking over to Felicity.

"We hacked Cayman Fidelity and put together a list of all the deposits Backman made last year." Felicity tells him as I hand him said list.

"What hood does that do us if we don't know whose money it was?" Oliver asks.

"Look at the biggest deposit Backman made last year." I tell him pointing it out. "Bottom page."

"Two million dollar on Decem..." he starts reading. "December 12th. That's—"

"The day Walter disappeared." I finish for him.

"What if one of Backmans clients was paid 2 million to kidnap Walter?" Felicity asks.
