one week later

"(y/n) wake up." tyler said, shaking me. i snapped up wiping my eyes.

"where are we at?" i asked, sleepily.

"new york. we have lots to do today, this is our last day of tour. one show here then we go home tomorrow."

"we've been on tour for nearly seven months, already? jeez."

"come on, we have to grab your stuff from your apartment. you already told your landlord you'd be doing that today."

it took me a second before i was finally awake. when i finally was i got off the bunk.

"okay, i remember. grabbing my things and then we have the show later. we got this." i finally said. just then josh appeared.

"busy day, am i right?" he said. tyler and i chuckled a bit.

"yeah for us. you just have to get ready for the show later." tyler replied. josh shrugged.

"yeah, i meant for you guys." he said.

"okay, everybody out. i have to change." i said, pushing them away and shutting the curtain. there wasn't extra rooms in the tour bus but there was a curtain and that proved to be enough for changing. there was also a shower but i always showered when the boys were doing something not in the bus, to guarantee privacy.

i put on a black t-shirt and ripped blue jeans. i brushed my hair and opened the curtain. tyler was brushing his teeth so i had to wait my turn.

i sat by josh and mark on the couch while i waited. i pulled my phone out to text jesse. even though tyler was a little jealous when he first found out about jesse, i assured him jesse and i were just friends. because we were.

you: one last show, then i'm heading back to ohio. maybe we can meet up since i'm moving in with tyler.

jesse: yeah, that'd be cool. tell tyler i said hi.

you: will do

i slid my phone in my back pocket as tyler walked out of the small bathroom. although i told jesse i would tell tyler that he said hi, i couldn't. it wasn't that tyler hated jesse- he didn't even know him -but his mood wasn't amazing when i brought him up.

i made my way into the bathroom and wet my toothbrush. the bathroom was any claustrophobic person's worst nightmare. luckily, my claustrophobia wasn't horrible.

once i finished brushing my teeth, i went back to sit by josh. i slid my sneakers on and tyler slid his on as well.

"we'll be back before we have to drive to the venue. try not to have too much fun without us." tyler said to mark, josh, and brad. they nodded and dismissed us and we got out of the tour bus.

we called a (taxi) cab quickly and rode up to my, soon to be old, apartment.

"you don't have any pets do you?" tyler asked. i shook my head.

"no. i would have told you if i did." i replied.

"just making sure. i'm not sure the guys would love to have a cat walking around the bus. well, josh probably wouldn't mind."

"josh would have a blast if there was a cat on the bus."

we both laughed together until the cab stopped. tyler paid the driver and we got out.

"so this is it, huh?" he asked. i nodded and took his hand.

"yup. it's not much but it held up for the time i was here." i replied.

we went inside and everything was just as i left it. not clean clean but it wasn't horribly messy.

"you can sit on the couch while i get my stuff together." i told tyler.

"no way, ill help you get ready." he insisted. i shrugged and we headed to my room.

it took us about two hours and four boxes to get my belongings together. i was glad i didn't need a moving truck because that would've taken forever.

"ready to go?" tyler asked as we taped the last box. i nodded and grabbed two boxes. he grabbed the other two and we walked out the door.

we called for another cab and had the cab drive us to the tour bus. we didn't have much time until we had to go to the venue to set up for the show.

when we made it to the tour bus, josh and mark were playing cards.

"finally you're back." mark said. "join us, we're playing uno."

i looked at the time. we had three hours until we had to be to the venue.

"okay, deal me in." tyler said.

"me too." i chimed in.

so for the last night of tour, we played uno until we had to get ready for the show.

there was no way i wasn't going to miss tour.

a/n: i would've added the concert to this chapter but it was already getting towards 800 words and i already did a concert chapter so that's it for tour.
