the girl was exhausted as she stepped off the train to hyogo. she didn't get any sleep last night on the train and her hectic week was the one to blame.
let's do a quick recap, shall we?
monday, she spent 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m cooped inside niiyama's basketball gymnasium practicing non-stop, and not even attending classes.
tuesday, she attended classes, but still had practice at morning, lunch, and after classes. when the sun set, she called onto the setter of karasuno who lived down the street. she had to reveal her biggest secret to her now good friend, tobio kageyama— that she was a girlfriend for hire, in order to at least have a sense of relief and some extra help during her hectic client schedule. later that day, she had to go pick up to shiratorizawa boys from the curb near karasuno and then go home where kageyama and his two senpais, oikawa and iwaizumi were at. after that, she had figured out a good schedule for each client, one albeit unconventional— bento preparations, and two that followed the normal schedule.
on wednesday, at lunch time, she received a confession in the middle of the hallways. getting confessions and presence wasn't new to her at all, but the confrontation that day along with the sudden arrival of satori tendō was very unexpected. she was taken— well literally dragged away to go to the local mcdonald's where she and the red haired middle blocker talked and ate lunch together.
on thursday, she came to visit oikawa in seijoh, where she had reunited with her previous client in november last year, and shared the bentos she made with her two teammates, her two clients and yahaba. in the afternoon, she had her training with ushijima and iwaizumi.
it didn't help that on each of those days, at eleven in the evening, her good friend and client, kenma kozume would send her a cod mobile invite to play.who was she to decline his invitation? so every night of the first four days of the school week were spent gaming until her body gave out.
friday was the most hectic day of the week. like monday, most of it was spent training for basketball.
her team noticed that she had up and ran from their normal regime and created her own that was a hundred times more intense. she would be found doing bench presses for two hours, crossover and shooting drills for seven hours, and run non-stop laps around their entire campus— that was the size of shiratorizawa.
hanuka and ichigo, along with their coach and their other teammates were rather worried for the girl's well-being but they couldn't do anything to stop her.
