Cha.6 nurses office

I felt my eyes open slowly, seeing a white celing and having no idea were I had ended up. I saw everything blurry at first and rubbed my eyes to see more clear.

I sat up and saw that I was laying in a white hospital-like bed. I saw someone enter the room. "Is your head any better George?" she asked.

I guessed that I was in the nurses office room. I thought for a few seconds about what she just asked. "Yeah, but it's still feeling a little sore" I said rubbing my hand on my head to feel were it hurt.

"That's good, you just need a few hours of rest and you'll be better in two days. We already called your mom, so she should be outside by now"

"Oh okay, Thank you. I'll be going then" I smiled.

"Of course dear" she showed me out and I left the building, completly forgetting about Clays homework.

I saw my moms car on the parking lot before I entered to be meeted with a worried face. I sat down as she grabbed onto my face and checked my head were I had hurt myself.

"Oh god, the school had called me while I was at work and I got so stressed. I'm so happy you're okay" she said sounding a little bit more relived now as she started driving.

"The nurse said you'll be able to go back to school on thursday so you can stay home tomorrow and rest" she said a few minutes after.

I just nodded and we had already arrived now. I went inside and straight to my room, throwing myself on the bed.

I checked my phone and saw that I had fainted for a few hours and school were already over.

I grabbed my phone from my bag, seeing I had one unopened message from Niki.

It was 16:30 pm now and I guessed that Niki had already gotten home. I decided to text her back and asked what really happend earlier since I don't remember more than fainting from getting hit in the head by something.

Only a few seconds later I hear my phone ring, picking up the call. "Okay so basically you got hit by the ball" she started.

"But that wasn't the only thing that happened today, other then that you fainted".

"What do you mean?" I said in confusion.

"I saw Clay glancing at you a few times during the game but I didn't think too much of it at first. Later when you dosed of I saw him shooting the ball in your direction".

"what? What did I do to him that made him hate me this much, like what's his problem?" I got mad from the thought, that he would go so far that I ended up with a concussion.
