Welcome to the end of my second week at camp. I was getting powerful, and I could tell the seven were starting to notice. My sleep schedule was completely off, because I spent late into the night studying ancient greek. Sometimes up until 2 in the morning. Then, I woke up at four and got ready for my training with Nico, then Hazel, then the seven, then whoever was drilling me the rest of the day.
In fact, I had even started escaping into the woods instead of studying. I would go to a far corner and put on all the miraculous. I've been training, and now I can move from one power to the next nearly perfectly smoothly, though it takes effort.
It's definitely not something I would use daily while fighting Shadow Moth. Just something in my back pocket for emergencies. I got to know the kwamis even better, and now I think I'm at the best I've ever been.
It was my second Tuesday here, and my countdown before I see Chat- I mean before I go home is 6 days. I was so close to seeing him- them. I woke up at four, and headed to the place Hazel and I had predetermined we would meet.

It was 8 am, and I was sore. Shadow traveling practice had hit hard today. And to top it off, Hazel had been teaching me more than just charmspeak. She was teaching me the art she knew, manipulation of the mist. I wasn't very good at it, but... she still insisted I work on it.
I walked to the breakfast pavilion, and heard someone from the Ares table shout, "Hey, Azrail." I whirled on him and said, "Excuse me?" Another person shouted, "Come sit by me, Azrail!" That one felt less angry and vindictive.
I stomped over to my table and slammed down to my seat. Malcolm looked up with a raised eyebrow, "Azrail, really?" I clenched my fist, "Why are they calling me that?" Annabeth slid into the seat beside me and said, "At least we tried to warn you not to get into a prank war with Connor."
I turned to her slowly, "He's the one who told everyone my birth name." Malcolm nodded, and I pushed away from the bench. I stomped over to him, and poked his chest. I said, "This is war, Stoll." He pushed my hand away, "Is there a problem, Azrail?" I narrowed my eyes at him, "How did you even hear about that?"
He smirked smugly, "I overheard you talking to Jason and Leo on the first day." I crossed my arms and said, "You're going to regret messing with me, Stoll." Travis raised an eyebrow, "Is that so, Azrail?" I snarled, and whirled back to my table. I slammed my palms down and said, "He's going to pay. Who's with me?"
And a cheer exploded.

We all stood in front of Chiron. Let me give you a mental image. I was covered head to toe in gasoline, while Annabeth stood beside me. Peanut Butter in her hair. Connor stood as far away from us as possible, char covering his shirt along with feathers. Malcolm stood on my other side, a hair dryer hiding behind his back, and a spatula stuck to his head. (Don't ask).
Travis was nowhere to be seen, and I couldn't get the smug smirk off my face. Did I mention it also happened to be about 3 in the morning? Meaning I had to wrap this up in the next hour.
Chiron said, slowly and calmly, "So, who would like to explain exactly what's going on here?" He had curlers in his tail, and I bit back a snicker. Immediately Malcolm, Annabeth, and Connor started talking fast about how it was everyone else's fault. Chiron held up his hands, and turned to me, "Marinette. Do you have anything to add?"
I crossed my arms, feeling a bit light headed from the sudden whiff of gasoline that drifted up. I said, "I'm innocent. This was all Connor's fault." I turned and smirked at Connor. He paled, and clearly remembered our talk. He turned back and a crash echoed behind us.
We all winced as the Hermes Cabin door fell off its hinges. I bit back the urge to laugh as Connor said, "Nope, this is all my fault sir. We'll take care of it." Chiron sighed, crossing his arms. Campers started peaking out of their cabins, making Chiron shout, "Back in your cabins! This does not concern you."
He turned back and said, "Marinette, Malcolm, and Annabeth, dish duty tomorrow." I sighed, and then he said, "Connor, dish duty for a month."

I skipped back to our cabin, and Annabeth grabbed my arm, "How'd you pull that off?" I smirked, pulling them behind our cabin where Travis was being watched by Nico and Hazel. I said, "I held his brother hostage. And he knew it."
We all cackled and I pulled off Travis's gag. He was grinning and he shook his head. He shook my hand and said, "We have met our match, Ms. Azrail." I rolled my eyes. The name was growing on me. They had been calling me that since it had leaked, but the name didn't overly annoy me.
Afterall, a name is a name. I suddenly got a bit nervous, "You aren't going to tell Chiron the truth, right?" He shook his head, "Of course, not. You won fair and square. What punishment did Connor get, anyways?" Malcolm grinned, "Dish duty for a month."
Travis shook his head, "Brutal. Anyways, see you around, Azrail." I nodded and waved back as he disappeared into the night.
