I know. I have sharp ears. I start to wonder if I am actually a cat sometimes ㅋㅋㅋ.

So when I heard someone harmonising as I was playing TWICE sunbaenim's 'The Best Thing I Ever Did' on my guitar, I had to find out who it was. Mainly because that voice I heard must have been a vocal goddess. How can a powerful-sounding voice be so serenading at the same time?

I knew what the lyrics meant, and that was enough for me to be drawn into it; the owner of the voice that is.

Swiftly, I tried to find the source of this melodious tune. And I saw her.

A slim female with long and slightly wavy hair like mine. Her eyes looked slightly smaller than mine, but that might be because she was eye-smiling. Like me, she was wearing a mask so I did could not see her full face, but that is ok given the COVID-19 situation. She was wearing a jogger's outfit, so I guessed she was here to exercise like most people in the park. A charming point of hers was that on her head was a hairband with cat ears.

Wait what?

Eh...I should not think too much into it. It is an accessory that many people would wear after all.

"실례합니다 (Excuse me)", the girl approached me slowly but stopped at a distance. "I couldn't help but become drawn in by the way you sang that song just now. It was so beautiful~"

"찐짜?" I was quite surprised by her comment. I hardly ever judged or was aware of my singing voice. I know my members keep complimenting it a lot, saying that is always different when you hear it live. Then again, those are the same people who are sick and tired of me singing 'Into the Unknoooo~wwwn' (A/N: Video is just an example).

"I'm serious," the girl came closer. "You really should debut in an idol group. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if you are in one already."

Gee, was my singing that obvious? I mean...LOONA does have more international fans so it is really expected if Korean people do not recognise us despite the recent success we had with our first music show win.

"감사합니다," I was grateful for her compliment. "I also heard you sing. Your voice is powerful yet sweet. How do you do that?"

She paused for a while before answering, "I tend to put a lot of emotion in my voice when I sing. I like listening to OSTs, to be honest, maybe that is why I can master soulful singing."

"Even so," I told her, "for a rather ordinary song like 'The Best Thing I Ever Did', you certainly added some more life to it."

We were exchanging some small talk as she did some stretches on the spot. As a special offer, I played a few chords to keep her entertained. Meanwhile, I couldn't help but become fixated on her hairband. On impulse, I asked her where she got it from.
