i wake up in jack's arms, and look up at his sleeping face. his hair is a little messy, which i find adorable. i slowly get out of bed, trying not to wake jack, but i fail. "where're you going?" he groans, getting up from the bed slowly. "i was just gonna go make some breakfast." i whisper, since auggie and summer are still asleep. they're actually kind of- snuggling.

"let me help." he smiles, picking up my hand with his. "you really don't have to." i smile softly, as he rubs his thumb over my knuckles. "i want to, c'mon." he replies, walking me downstairs. we make the pancake batter, and start to pour it on a pan. "y/n?" jack spoke, looking over at me. "hm?" i flip one of the pancakes and look back at him. "i meant to ask you last night, but why isn't your mom home this weekend?" he asks, as my smile drops slowly. i finish putting the last pancake on a plate, and look back at jack again.

"you know how sometimes my mom just- kinda disappears and doesn't tell anyone where she's going?" i ask him, and he bites his lower lip nervously. "y/n- i'm sorry..." he sighs, giving me a tight hug. "no, jack it's okay. at least this time she left a note." i walk out of his arms and pick up the note that my mom had left on the counter.

going to another retreat. i left $50 on the kitchen table for you. be back next friday.

it reads, and jack frowns. "you deserve so much better, y/n/n." he sighs lowly, kissing my cheek before slowly wrapping his arms around my waist. i wrap my arms around his neck, rubbing my thumb over the back of his neck, and holding my other hand on his bare back. "i love you, jack will." i kiss his lips softly, as he smiles into the kiss. "i love you more y/n l/n." he replies, making my face a little pink.

"we should probably wake up auggie and summer so that their breakfast doesn't get cold." i say quietly, feeling his cool breath against my nose. "yeah, you're right..." he whispers, gazing into my eyes. he moves one of his hands to the side of my waist, and picks up one of my hands with his other hand, kissing the back of it softly before kissing my lips.

"you guys are adorable." i hear summer's voice speak from the stairs, causing jack and i to jump a bit. "ooh! pancakes." auggie says, as jack, summer and i laugh a little at him, and jack and i let go of each other. "dig in." i smile, before heading up to my bedroom.

i rummage through my drawers, trying to find clothes to change into. "where'd you go?" jack's voice says from behind me. "oh, i was just going to change." i reply, as he walks closer to me. "but i like that you're wearing my shirt." he pouts, making me laugh. "and i like that you're not wearing a shirt, but i don't wanna wear the same shirt i slept in all day." i say, as he rolls his eyes jokingly. "then i can give you another one of my shirts." he smiles, and grabs a new shirt from his bag. i laugh a little at his effort, because he's being very adorable.

"don't laugh at me," he says, sticking his lower lip out. "could you just keep it on for a little while longer? i just- you look really good in my clothes, and it makes me feel happy." he smiles, so i nod in agreement. "fine." i say, kissing his lips softly. he sighs with a smile, brushing a piece of my hair behind my ear. "you're so beautiful." he sighs out, putting his hands on my waist and pulling me close to him. "thank you, jack." i smile, kissing his cheek.

"so, i was thinking about how you're gonna be home by yourself for the rest of the weekend, and week," he started, as a smile curled at my lips. "and i was wondering if maybe you wanted me to stay over while she's away, just so you're not home alone for that long." he says, making my smile grow. i nod, as a smile grows on his face too. "i would really like that." i reply, wrapping my arms around his neck and kissing his lips.

he moves his hands to my back, slowly moving one under my shirt, spreading chills through my spine. he moves the kiss down to my neck, kissing it softly as he brushes the tips of his fingers against my bare back. i gasp a little as he sucks lightly on my neck, so he pulls away. "i'm sorry- i shouldn't have-" "no, it's okay. it just caught me off guard." i say and he chuckles. "i fucked it up, didn't i?" i groan, making him laugh even more. "never. c'mon, let's go eat breakfast." he says, grabbing my hand and rushing me down the stairs.

auggie and summer have already eaten, and cleaned up their dishes. "goodness, jack, put a shirt on." summer rolls her eyes jokingly. we all laugh, as jack flips her off with his ring finger. jack and i eat our breakfast, as summer and auggie go back upstairs to change into clean clothes. when we finish eating, jack and i walk back upstairs to them, and see auggie and summer putting their things away. "are you guys leaving?" jack asks them. "yeah, we're gonna go see a movie. you guys are free to come if you want." auggie replies, as jack and i shake our heads. "no, it's okay. text us later." i say, giving summer a hug as she head out, and jack gives auggie a "bro hug".

"so, what do you wanna do now?" i ask jack, as we tidy up the guest room and head into my room. he wraps his arm around my neck, and kisses my forehead. "i think i may have an idea."
