I lied :)
One Month Later
Hannah POV
"Ready to go?" Grace called out as she left the bathroom of her apartment, tucking her hair into a beanie.
I nodded, smiling at my girlfriend. Taking her hand in mine, I replied,"Yeah. Come on."

We ambled along the sidewalks of Los Angeles, after deciding that it wasn't worth it to waste gas driving to the little restaurant that was just around the corner. Her hand brushed against mine, entangling our fingers but not exactly holding my hand. We both kept looking down at our hands, smiling like idiots at the cliched show of affection.
We got to the quaint restaurant, a tiny place that Tyler showed me once, and got escorted to our seats at one of the corner booths, which Grace specifically requested. It was tucked in the back, near a large glass-paned window, with a clear view of the darkened nighttime city outside. A tiny stained-glass lamp hung over the table, emitting a soft glow over the relatively private area.
We sat across from each other, and to my surprise, Grace slid her hand under the table to take mine in hers. She wasn't one for PDA, even in this was hidden from the view of others underneath the table cloth. I didn't question it, though; her affectionate actions always made my heart do weird things.
The hostess left us, giving us time to figure out what we wanted to drink. Once she was out of range, I faced Grace, seeing a bashful smile on her face. "So..."
"So..." I said, mimicking her with a sly grin on my face.
"Two months, already." She brushed a few stray hairs out if the front of her face in a fidgety gesture. "Feels like it's only been days since that night."
A small smile arose on my face at the memory of the day we got together. She was right - it did seem like it was too recent for us to have been dating for two months now - but I didn't care whether it felt like seconds or days or years. I just cared about her, and being with her. "Definitely. It's weird to think we're celebrating an anniversary already."
"Right?" she said, hyped up on being agreed with. "It's so weird. I mean, we're literally celebrating the night where we sang horrible karaoke on stage and made out in front of a bunch of our friends."
"Hey, don't forget the song we did, too." We shared a knowing look, and said together,"I Kissed A Girl."
"And I definitely liked it," she continued after, causing a snort to arise in my throat to the dismay of a few nearby diners. I ignored them though, instead focusing on Grace's bemused look. "You are so red, Hannah."
I waved her away, trying to compose myself. "Well, I am Tyler Oakley's lesbian twin. Should've seen that coming, just knowing that much."
She rolled her eyes, shaking her head in a sense of,What am I going to do with you?, but I didn't miss the hint of mirth behind her eyes. "Who would've guessed that I'd end up falling in love with the female Tyler Oakley?"
I shrugged, playing her off with an easy-going nature, even if the words involuntarily made my cheeks light up. She'd first told me that she loved me on our first Month-aversary, and while I'm starting to get used to it, it still feels unreal, after being in love with her for so long. "I mean..."
Our waitress came soon after that, introducing herself as Shani, and took are orders for the night.
