Joe POV

"Dibs on the big bed!" Caspar calls out as soon as we walk into our hotel room.

I groan, but I'm not too upset; there's a couch bed with much more room than the "big bed" that I don't think Caspar knows about. Sure, it might not be as comfortable as the other, smaller bed, but I knew Caspar goes for more room when it comes to living spaces, comfort be damned. Plus, I could float about it for the time being, and if he wants to switch... Well, I wouldn't hesitate to change beds.

"Alright, I guess I'll take the couch then," I announce through an obvious sigh, and swiftly swipe all of the cushions off and lulled the mattress out, to the apparent astonishment of Caspar. I couldn't help but grin smugly at the boy, whose mouth was agape, but I had to admit that the expressions looked endearing on his face.

"You fucking suck, Joseph Sugg," he spits out, shaking his head in exasperation, but I liked the fact that he didn't sound at all surprised, sadistic as that may sound.

I bound over to him, wrapping an arm around his shoulders, pulling him closer to me,mans pout. "Awe, is Caspar jealous that I got the bigger bed?"

He nodded numbly, sniffing through his nose like he was crying, even though he's done this before. I chuckled, and mumbled,"You can have the couch if you want, Casp, I'd rather have your bed anyways."

He brightened up immediately, and I wondered for a second if he expected this all along, making me blush faintly despite my efforts to remain unaffected this way by Caspar. "Great! I'll take the couch then," he announced with a grin on his face, and ran to belly-flop onto the bed. He rolled over, onto his back, and rested his hands triumphantly behind his head. "Ah, so much better."

I rolled my eyes, suppressing a grin at his childlike behavior, and rolled my suitcases from the couch to Caspar's former choice in beds. "I guess I have to settle for the smaller yet much more comfortable bed over here, then," I say, longing in my voice even though I got exactly what I wanted.

Well, I wouldn't have minded another option, but I definitely wasn't going to share that one.

Suddenly, my phone beeped, and so did Caspar's-who had Troye Sivan's Happy Little Pill as his ringtone, ever since the boy sent us the demo-but he made no move to check it, probably figuring that we both got the same text and that I'd check for us both.

I pulled the cellular device out of my pocket and checked to see that I got a group message, so Caspar probably did get the same text as I. I read aloud from Marcus:

"To Zoë, Alfie, Joe, Caspar, Dan, Phil, Tyler, Troye, Hannah, Grace, Mamrie, Joey, Sawyer, Louise, Louis, Jim, and Tanya: Meet up for dinner later? Downstairs in the lobby at 7:30?"

I glance at Caspar after finishing reading it aloud, and said,"Sound good?"

He nodded, and said,"Yeah, it sounds fun. Text him back."

I shoot Marcus a quick text, confirming our coming, and I see that we're the second to respond, just after Tyler and Troye. It's going to be interesting to see them; I'm still not quite convinced that they're not dating, but if they aren't, they really should be. I'm not too sure where they stand on Troyler, because they never really talk about it, but I feel like if they ever did date, they'd go far in their relationship.

Anyways, after I texted Marcus and presumably Niomi, I glance at Caspar, and for some unknown reason, his lips draw my attention. Even from across the room, they seem familiar, and not in the way that two roommates would be familiar, but the way Dan and Phil are familiar with each other. Well, they are roommates, but even I can see the longing gazes that they don't notice from each other.
