Jungkook watched as Jimin laid down on the bed staring at the ceiling.
Suddenly, the nurse came in making both if them aware.
"It's just a sprain not a fracture. Don't worry,"
She muttered as she started her medical procedures.
Jungkook was seated in the chair beside Jimin's bed as his eyes were scanning the room in curiosity.
"It's gonna hurt a little okay?"
The nurse said before grabbing Jimin's ankle and moving it a little aside.
"Aaahh!!"
Jimin whined in pain and grabbed the nearest thing he could get of.
Jungkook got startled when he felt his arm grabbed by someone. He slowly turned his head to Jimin and looked at his hand.
Those petite fingers grasped around Jungkook's forearm tightly. Jungkook then watched his face and saw him scrunch up his nose and squeezed his eyes shut in pain.
Jungkook quickly used his other hand and placed it on his shoulder and started rubbing there slowly over the cloth.
"How did this happen?"
The nurse asked making Jungkook starled.
"Uhh-hhhh.....actually-"
Jungkook shuttered with nervousness in his vocals.
"Oh I fell down the stairs,"
Jimin quickly snapped out.
Jungkook couldn't believe his eye and ears and whatever Jimin just uttered. He actually spoken of him? Why would he?
"Then why are you here, officer?" The nurse asked.
"Why does she ask so many questions!" Jungkook thought as he death glared at the woman.
"He's my friend. He's here to help me, right Jungook?"
Jungkook? Wait- how does he know my name?
That's what Jungkook's mind was all over when he just kept staring at Jimin in response.
"......jungkook? right?"
Jimin asked again, much bolder this time and Jungkook snapped out.
"Uhh....y-yeah," Jungkook shuttered and gazed at Jimin's smile.
He was mesmerised by the boy's charm.
"It's good to go now." The nurse said as she completed with the plaster stuff.
"Thank you so much," Jungkook mumbled from beside.
"Oh, don't thank me. This is my work..." The nurse smiled at Jungkook.
"And you...." She turned her head to Jimin again.
"Don't pressure yourself to walk around much okay? And be careful from now on. If you take plenty of rest it should heal within a week or two,"
