WITH OLD MAN
Old Man: "Ah, it looks like you two just got back from a side quest!"
August: *cough* "Side quest?!? How many more are there?"
Karina: "Maybe 4-5 more?''
August: "That's a lot!''
Karina: ''C'mon it's an adventure now eh?"
August: "Adventure of DEATH!"
Karina: ''Aww c'mon don't be like that''
August: "Whatever."
Old Man: "*laughs* Congrats! Go and take a rest at the inn, why don't ya?"
August: "Let's just get this game over with already, I feel dead inside."
Karina: "Stop being so OVERDRAMATIC."
*A rugged man walks over to the duo and shouts to them*
Man: ''Please help me! I can't get enough wood to build my house, please!"
August: "Ok-"
Karina: ''Lets go!"
*Scene fades to black, then fades back to scene to a rural area, a half-built house was seen. The man then gave August and Karina both an axe.*
Man: "Try to get at least ten stacks of wood for my house. Watch out for an angry minotaur and grumpy elves. They REALLY don't like it when you mess with the forest. Good luck!
August: "Wait, so you mean to tell me that we have to go into the freaking forest which has an angry Minotaur and grumpy elves?!"
Karina: "Well, not every video game has a smooth-going task like Puzzle Piecemeal where you find pieces for food, then eat afterwards..."
August: "I just wish it was like that in real life...all those varieties..."
Karina: "Dude, you have serious problems, I swear..."
Man: "Try to get at least ten stacks of wood for my house. Watch out for angry—"
August: "Yeah, yeah, I got the memo the first time, let's go..."
*August then pulls Karina into the forest with the axe, leaving the man there to repeat what he was saying.*
Man: "...when you mess with the forest. Good luck!"
*It zooms in on the man's face, words at the bottom saying, "So they just left without me finishing?" The Triggered meme at the bottom of the screen evolves for a few quick seconds.*
WITH AUGUST AND KARINA
*August was now laying against a tree while Karina was chopping down a tree nearby him.*
August: "So we just need to chop some wood and that's it, easy. We just need to watch out for what the man told us."
Karina: "I could use some help, ya lazy bum!"
August: "No need, I beat the bandit, time for you to do some work."
Karina: But I got the purse back from the other bandit! You only beat him because of me! Now we need to be cautious in case if the—"
August: "Raging Minotaur!"
Karina: "Right, not just that but we need to watch out for elves, too. Grumpy elves are the worst elves..."
August: "No, THE RAGING MINOTAUR IS REALLY COMING TOWARDS US!"
*August jumps up as Karina turns around and sees a charging minotaur coming towards them, angry at the two who were trying to chop down the tree.*
